I received a terrible service and attitude from the old lady in the cashier. Two times I went to buy something for breakfast and... two times I saw disorder and had to wait long time for a tea and a croissant. Also I received there the worst Ice Cap in my twoyears in Canada, horrible taste. Very disorganized. When we came in, we were next to be served. The person taking the order was in training. It more than 10... minutes for the employee to process the customer's order. He was obviously stuggling. I understand that it will be slower ifthe employee is being trained, but the poor kid was left on his own. It would have made more sense if another employee wasthere beside him helping him out. In my opinion, it appeared that there was enough staff on hand. While I was waiting, Inoticed one employee who seemed to be looking for something to do. I watched him walk from one end of the prep area to theother end no less than three times without ever doing anything that I could see. He might have been able to help the newemployee serve coffee and fulfill the doughnut orders. But that's not the issue. We placed our order for the new LoadedBowls, paid for the order and waited. About 10 minutes later, I was told that they were out of bowls. What??? Understandablethat they might run out of a menu item. What irked me was that the staff didn't seem to be aware of that. They should havebeen aware and advised the person taking the order that there were no more bowls. We then could have made the decision tochoose another menu item or to go elsewhere. So a total of 20 minutes or so of wait time just to find out what we orderedwasn't available. Sad...... Read more

I used their drive through but for some reason they did not service me. When i went to the window the lady was so mad me because... i could not speak french. We like to stop at any service center when we go for a long drive. This location, staff are nice. Washroom is clean. There is... A&W and subway. Gas station is at the location too. Lots of parking for sure. There is no line up. And mask mandate is over inOntario. But if optional those who still want to use. Read more

i usually don?t write reviews, but this tim hortons has the worst service i?ve ever experienced. there were flies where the... donuts and muffins are, the staff was extremely slow, lots of people seemed to just be standing around and talking. when ifinally received my food about 15 minutes later, it was the wrong order. i handed it back and told the cashier that i had justordered a wrap. she then proceeded to quickly make my wrap without effort and then slid the package across the counter without abag. truly horrible customer service. save your time and money and don?t go here.
