This Tim hortons on blvd St Raymond, Gatineau Qc is the worst. They are never stocked up dine in is always closed the service... is horrible staff is ignorant. I went there today with a group of people we walked up to the door it was closed so we decidedto walk up to the window since we saw a young man standing at the window ordering food, once he was done the employee asked usif we had a vehicle and we said no she told us the drive thru was for vehicle only we questioned serving the guy with no vehicleand her excuse was he?s a kid and shut the window in our face. The previous owner was all about business and customer servicethis new owner doesn?t care about his customer. I sure do hope one day a petitions will be done to boycott this place maybethey will open there eyes and realize not to turn away customers. Very bad and long service. If your work is related to delivery, then this is the most unfortunate place, you always have to... wait a long time or stand in line from cars because of the closed door... I do not recommend this place! Read more
A Tim's that closes at 7pm is just jokes. The only one I know that closed early was the one downtown Ottawa by the Shepherd's of... Good Hope which was due to junkies causing ruckus, which gave em probable cause to do so. Doing so in the plateau isquestionable maybe they want their clientele to go elsewhere... ???????? Read more
I didn't take pictures but by all means, every other post with pictures speak truely. Worst Tim Horton's I've ever seen and I've... been to many across the country. I highly recommend never going to this location. I got to the counter to pay and I could smella horrible dirty/fish odour. It wasn't until my wife had me look at where they grill the sandwiches. It was filled with dirtywax papers; the grill was blackened with grease stains and dirty with whatever combination of food and sauce there is. Thecounters where the lady was preparing food was dirty with crumpled wax papers, crumbs and sauce all over. Everyone there wasnonchalant, like it was perfectly normal. The ground where we wait for our order was filthy with straws, napkins and food. Icounted no less than 5 flies over the donuts and display boards. The pictures posted from other reviewers are accurate. Doyourself a favor, and avoid this place no matter how convenient it is. Its only a matter of time before someone gets sick. Read more
Please listen to the reviews!!!! Fourth time being there in the last month, they need to fire day and night staff!! Worst... experience and every time it gets worst. Atleast a 15min car with only one car in front of me that only ordered a sandwich and acoffee like come on!!!! Second time time 25 min wait with only 2 cars. The time after that they messed up the whole order twiceon their regular menu item, not asking for much. At that point I just gave up and left. Tonight was by far the worst experienceof my life 30minutes later I literally just didn?t even stop at the window since it was the kiddos bedtime by then? Read more
