You can't go wrong with Tim Hortons

If you order a tall, you'll get a medium. If you order a medium, you'll get a small. Not sure what you'll get if you order a... small though. Completely off on all drink sizes Read more

To be fair , the employees are all generally great, the manager however is abrasive & rude to both customers and employees .... Yells at the top of his lungs at ppl. If I was employed there I long ago would have been fired had he talked to me the way hespeaks to his employees. They have a "throw them to the wolves" attitude with their new employees and wonder why none stay.Worst tim hortons in the city in term of management. 4 years now they have broken machines they claim they "can't afford" toreplace ???????????? So I was looking forward to trying the new "Loaded Wraps". I ordered both the cilantro lime chicken and habanaro chicken.... Suffice to say that these things were anything but "loaded". First of all, the wrap was folded into something that doesn't evenremotely resemble a wrap, as if the person who made this had never rolled a wrap in their entire life. Second, the contentsinside the wrap were so disappointing that it is embarrassing to even just look at. Just look at the tiny piece of lettuce andtell me that isn't the smallest leaf you have ever seen? And third of all, after contacting customer service about the foodquality I was only given and apology and no compensation after spending almost 20 dollars of these anything-but-loadedwraps. And on top of all of this, despite ordering ahead through the mobile app I still waited well over 20 minutes before theyeven started my order, since they had deleted the mobile order by accident and weren't aware of it until I asked aboutit. Nobody at this store greeted me or even tried to acknowledge me when I waited there for nothing. I was the one who had toask them if they could help me. Terrible service, terrible food. In general the staff at thisTim Horton are all very nice.So yes, do drop in at thisCite Des jeunes Location situated in the... small Mall Where there is a Metro grocery store. It's really so pleasant when customers are greeted right away upon arrivingwith smiling employees. Read more
