They closed their uber service while I was putting in an order, I called to ask if they could just turn it back on for one order... since I am unable to go to the store due to health issues and she said she would turn it back just to get me off the phoneclearly because its not back and its been over 10 minutes. Waited in drive through for 10 minutes to find out debit machine credit and gift cards do not work. Then stuck in the line... waiting for other people to get their orders. Maybe a sign before getting stuck would be helpful Read more

6 or 7 people behind the counter all trying to avoid eye contact. They should be embarrassed. I think mabey they should start... fresh with a new crew. Edit: I've been back 4 times this week, all times the service has been perfect, all were patient with meordering in French, and one gave me a tip on pronunciation which was well appreciated. What can I say, it's Tim Horton's. They had timbits available so 4 stars...! Staff are friendly and service is quick.

I think the place needs attention on cleaning up the tables even when busy. As I use to work at one years ago. When China and... cutlery were used we still maintained a clean atmosphere. This is the Norm at All Tim Hortons All About the Money. Customerservice cleanliness is not Required. Very Sad Read more

I've had a lot of good experiences at Tim Hortons but the one near lorrain/maloney is just awful, they pretend that they can't... do sandwiches, they ruin your ice caps so you you don't come back(somehow like water) I don't know what's going on at night overthere but for a place that has zero traffic they seemed really unwilling to three at a time deny me the possibility of makingany sort of food like if you're open the better business Bureau requires that you serve us within a certain level of hygiene andsafety food standards which are their approved recipes, but I ended up screaming I don't care whats in it just give me afreaking sandwich regardless if one of the ingredients is unavailable. She made it, and the ice cap, awful on purpose sincecleaning the icepresso does make it unavailable for a time if you're lazy and do em simultaneously instead of staggering them,super disappointed and it's really rare for me to even leave a negative review but I need something to eat late and coffee closeenough drowsiness isn't an issue and I'm unlucky enough to compare them to the best Cx Service at nightDame McDo lorrain. Iswear your graveyard team is what's keeping everyone away from making a habit of coming even when it's packed at the quickie. a24-hour coffee place refusing to serve you because they don't feel like it that day really hurts to have that right beside myhouse since I considered it an amenity before I actually went there. I have never experienced a worse service. The line in the drive took forever, and the red haired lady at the window was the... rudest. I asked her for extra napkins and she practically shoved them in my car. At least the girl that brought me my orderoutside was nice. Read more
