This Tim Hortons branch right here is the final nail in the coffin for me that I will never any more of money to any Tim Hortons... ever. And yet I didn't even have to see their restaurant to know how dirty they are. We ordered online twice and it threw us tothis branch twice. First order, they made us wait for an hour just for them to cancel our order. 10 minutes later, I orderedagain just to use up my money that they would not refund to my credit card back. And it took them 2 hours to send completelywrong items. The most remarkable part is the 1 cheese croissant that is supposed to be 2 plain croissants— it had melted shardof plastic in the cheese and you tell me what part of health and safety does that conform to? Every time I have ordered fromthe Tim Hortons App, it's always incompetency in display and it's really shameful. Read more

one stars is a lot for this. worst service ever. the lady gave attitude to the customers and vas very rude. will never go there... again. didn’t even took my order because of the service. waste of money and time. Read more

Not the best customer service. Feels like its ran by 13 year olds half the time.I only go there because its close to home but... the ammount of times iv been unconvenienc or its been closed to drive through only. Id call if you plan on dining inside asthey are low staff like 90% of the time witch leads to locking the doors n forcing for drive through. Read more

So, today at 2:25pm I went to this timmis as usual. A nice black thin guy who was behind teller took my order which was lemon... chicken salad and small decafe, he didn't undrstand English and I speak little French, he was so nice and took his time to takemy order, since I have health issues (fatty liver and cholestrol) I asked him not to add dressing on th salad, he couldn'tunderstand that and I struggled to explain to him what is dressing means then I used th word syrup and he got it and said ok,ofcoarse I don't blame this nice guy if he didn't understand my order. A white guy got me my decafe and said have a good daywith a smile. I waited few minutes for my salad to come, then a black lady who prapared it came and gave it to. Unfortunatelly,she added dressing on it, ok mistakes happened, not big deal, I told her sorry, but I asked no dressing, she looked at me withattitude and said no one told me and gave me her back and went away!!!! WOOW! Another black lady but nice one was standing closeby and witnessed what happened and she looked at me with sympathy but didn't do anything. I wouldn't argue or make a fight overa salad, so I told that nice black lady thank you but I don't need it and took my cafe and went sitting on a table. I heard hercalling that rude lady but I didn't care. I have a positive personality and wouldn't let anything to ruin my day. I stayedinside for about one hour. While I am geting out I noticed that my salad still there on the counter LOL, which means, all thestaff including the manager saw that salad and knew the story behind it but the manager looks like same as that rude lady don'tknow how to be nice and have no idea what customer service means. Not bad. Opened 24h for pickup but dining/sitting in hours are shorter. Fast service, and it's nice to sit in when there are... civilized customers inside. Can't blame them for bad customers, can I? Usually there is a biker gang hangout in the earlyevenings. No idea how they are. Thought I should mention it if you're a concerned customer. Read more

Worse experience of my life at a Timmies! ???? The guy at the taking our order didn't know half the items on the menu and didn't... punch our drinks right. Then when we asked to get our things redone the proper way the lady making the drinks gave us attitudeand didn't make them the proper way again. Read more

Very poor service, the employee at drive thru was very rude and un professional. Today, I ordered donuts. When the employee... showed me the donut box to ensure that I was getting the right donuts. I noticed that the sour glazed donut ring lower half wasmissing ( as someone had taken a bite). When I complained and asked why is she serving a damaged donut she said it was just cutwrongly. I advised her if the donut is damaged then she should not be selling a damaged product She exhibited indifference tothe situation and deliberately serving a damaged product. Read more

I ordered a wrap (chicken habanero) and it was a lot shorter than at other Tim Horton locations. I have ordered this same wrap... at many other Tim Hortons and it was always a reasonable size but here it was tiny. That's pretty deceiving for a 9$ wrap. AlsoI'm pretty sure he messed up and put the wrong sauce cause it didn't at all taste like it did at other Tim restaurants. Read more
