Additional Information
We visited this restaurant after a long day of hiking and ordered a rack of ribs each. The ribs, especially with the sauce, was... quite fire overall but could be more off-the-bone. We also thought the atmosphere and service were great. A good place withcomfortable seating to come with a group of friends or family. On top of that, the prices were also decent. Would recommend! Friendly and attentive server. Huge portions. Food was delicious and not salty. They give you complimentary biscuit and rolls.... Brisket was wonderful and not too lean. You need to specify how you like your meats. The banana pudding was wonderful and enoughto share with the whole table. Read more
This place was amazing! We went twice in one day because it was so good. They had a special that was steak on a kabob and it was... the most amazing, juciest, tender steak I have ever eaten! We also had the Brisket wrapped in bacon appetizer and it was verygood. The fried fish and pork Chop plate was one of the best we've had in a long time. Calhouns is definitely a must! Read more
I love Calhoun's. I first visited and really enjoyed the Knoxville riverside location so decided to try the Gatlinburg location... while I was in the area. We were seated promptly and had a very nice server. We tried the bacon wrapped burnt ends as anappetizer and thought they were delicious. I like to try a bit of everything, so I ordered the sampler entree. It comes withribs, pulled pork, and chicken tenders. I always get the spinach maria as my side, it's wonderful. My husband had the grilledpork chops and was very pleased with them. Overall another great meal at Calhoun's. Read more

Didn't have N-E-THING that was bad off the menu! Couldn't completely decide what I wanted off the menu, so I ordered a bunch of... apps and sides. ???? The bacon wrapped brisket, YES!! Baked beans, delicious. Apples, delicious. Ordered the tot some chickentenders and fries; they REALLY put some love into the tenders. ???? And stole some of my mom's salad.
