Staff was quiet friendly, and the food very tasty. I ordered lasagna and finished off with cheesecake. So I don't know yet... about comparison to the rest of what is in the area, I do know this was a short walk from my hotel. And the food was fantastic.It was made fresh, and was hot when it came out. The place is a little under staffed, but don't let that stop you from giving ita little try. It is a little on the pricey side, and I don't suggest ordering delivery as the fee is $8.00. But this place isdefinitely worth the trip to sit down and eat at. Couldn't help the missing chunk of my lasagna in the pictures. It's one of myfavorite pastas. Read more
Start off I was looking at the price and made my order . The menu is miss understanding the price is just for a cheese pizza... then they added 3.00 per item I wanted pepperoni, chicken , pineapple. So that?s 15.99 plus 9.00. For large . Then I ordered acalzone meat lovers it said 12.99 not knowing when I said meat lovers it jumped it up to 22.99 for a 12in. And I got a two literof coke was plus tip was 66.67 it has no sauce on the pizza and no flavor at all . I?m disappointed. Stuffed pizza with thin crispy top and bottom crusts and parmesan on top. Custom ordered inside filling included pepperoni,... beef, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and cheese. By far the best pizza ever! One of only few places open late to eat inGatlinburg, TN. Friendly and accommodating staff. Read more

We ordered a large super Supreme pizza and garlic cheese bread and 2 marinara sauces. We were advised it would be ready in 20... minutes. We walk to get our order and get back to the room and we have the wrong pizza so we call and let them know. They ask usto bring it back so we do. And they said they were REMAKING the pizza. We received the pizza after waiting an additional 30minutes and I checked it in the restaurant and it appeared correct however it was stone cold and it was the same incorrect(Luigi special) pizza they had given us earlier. No mind we ate the pizza by now it was 6pm we had ordered at 445. The dough wasnot cooked thoroughly and there was so much cheese and hardly any bacon. They just added the 3 missing toppings without remakingthe pizza. This is unacceptable and we will not be returning and I am still debating where or not to demand my $42 dollarsback. Read more
