We took our kids here. They kept restocking the line, and made me a pizza bowl with no crust upon request. They forgot my second... one though. They do appear appear to be bilingual in Spanish too. Everyone seemed friendly. I do have to say that the outsidelandscaping is so bad that for the first few days on our vacation we thought this location was actually shut down and closedpermanently. Very clean! Fresh hot pizzas. Would've liked to see more toppings on the salad bar. But this location is a gem! I'm from Ohio... and we don't have CiCis anymore so this was a treat for us! Also made a request for a pizza and it was out hot and delicious inunder 10 mins! Read more
A nice find. Great price (Groupon). Clean kitchen and dining area. The salad bar selection is adequate. The white and marinara... sauces are tasty. Pizza was always fresh (3pm on a weekday). The dessert pizzas were yummy as well. When we arrived we were toldif we didn't see a pizza we liked we could ask for it (on the buffet). Update for 2022. I have been to several Cicis Pizza restaurants. This one has a great location at the far end of Gatlinburg at the foothills of... Smoky Mountain National Forest. It's far enough away from the hustle of Gatlinburg that it's not that crowded. I would say thatthe selection on the buffet is limited, but they will make any pizza with toppings they offer if you ask. It's a buffet so gowild. Plan on spending $25-$30 for 2 people. Read more
Why can't you have negative reviews? This place would definitely get that. We went to eat and my children had to use the... restroom. Had been holding it since Sevierville. Stopped in to have lunch, went to ask where the restroom was and was told, thisis for paying guest ONLY!! We informed the lady we were going to eat but they need to go to the restroom first. The lady yelledat us, I DONT CARE IF THEY NEED TO USE THE RESTROOM, THIS IS FOR PAYING GUEST ONLY !!!!! Mt husband informed her we were eatingjust really need to get them in a bathroom. She just shrugged and dismissed him. So we left. No consideration orcompassion. Definitely not a place a family needs to eat at. DO NOT STOP !! I REPEAT,DO NOT STOP.
