We were looking forward to sampling their menu, and were grateful to be seated on their outdoor deck with our puppy. The... wine/whiskey list was great and so were the cocktails. The owners (chef/host) could not have been more welcoming. We loved theirhomemade sausage kebache, beets napoleon, and espresso, ice cream, and bourbon dessert. We highly recommend the Red Oak Bistrofor an excellent small plates menu, gracious host, talented chef, beautiful outdoor seating and cozy indoor seating. This was ananniversary dinner for us and it made a perfect date night. Reservations are recommended as they sometimes cannot make room forwalk-ins and are open only 4 nights per week. We will definitely be back! Read more

As always these are my opinions. Please make up your own mind. Before I begin I would like to dispel the notion that this place... is expensive. My wife and I agree that we got what we paid for and the entire experience was well worth the cost. The food wasexquisite. The service was impeccable. The overall décor and ambiance was inviting. We both felt as if we were in a SwissChalet. We highly recommend... Read more

Such a unique experience for this area. Spent a couple of hours at Red Oak Bistro with husband and sister in law. The... atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and good conversation. We had a bottle of Prosecco...brie en croute...charcuterieboard...then chocolate mouse and chocolate torte for dessert. We all gave it two thumbs up for friendly service, excellent foodand intimate atmosphere! Read more

My husband and I love late night European style, tapas dinners. This place was a dream come for us. It's tucked into "the Glade"... which made the atmosphere quiet and serene. We shared four plates and a phenomenal bottle of Spanish wine. Everything wasperfect. My only thought of improvement was there could be nuts in the mesculun salad for a little crunch. The owner's maketheir own dolmas and Bulgarian sausage. We each had a cocktail to start and my husband's old fashioned was the best I have everhad! The owner's also make the simple syrup homemade with their own honey. Do not miss this place it was amazing!!!! Read more

This place is the best! Yummy rotating/changing menu of tapas, appetizers, shareable plates & chef-made desserts. Amazing wine... selection as well as a full bar. Choose to sit inside or outside on the terrace... go with a group of friends or for a romanticdinner. (I would expect to find this caliber of place in California wine country or a fancy neighborhood in Seattle or Chicago) Can't recommend enough! We may go back before vacation is over. Read more

Beautiful setting on a quiet road away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist traps. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing while... slightly up scale. The food was exceptional. We started with the baked brie puff pastry and also had the sweet potatoe shepherdspie and then finished with Baklava. Everything was delicious. Just don't come in a rush as this is a more relaxed and hang outvibe rather than a dine and dash. Read more
