Bathrooms filthy and out of toilet paper. Took half an hour to get our order and everything was wrong. ..wrong drinks, wrong... shake, charged for extra toppings that weren't actually added to the sandwiches. No actual cashiers. Not friendly. Read more

Ordered breakfast and total was correct Went to pick up the order and the amount changed. Due to being close to lunch they... changed my order because they didn?t want to make it. If that?s the case they shouldn?t offer breakfast until 1030am just stopat 9 or 10 doesn?t make since. And didn?t think I would figure it out. They blamed me for not ordering right ???? Read more
Why is this the only McD's on the coast that uses only the drive through? The drive thru line is always long and there is never... a sense of urgency in the employees. 20 minutes of waiting to get to the order speaker praying that the ice cream machine isn'tin its usual working condition ("broke"). Next time we're in Gautier and want ice cream, we will skip the wait and "broke"machine and get a frosty. Read more
Very unfriendly drive thru. Not the woman who took the money but the young girl handing out the food. Also, too much mayo on my... brother's spicy chicken sandwich! It was a mess, we had to throw both sandwiches away and get him something to eat at burgerking. I won't eat at this McDonald's again. Read more
Armani Patterson hands down the best drive thru cashier we have experienced in a long time. He was polite, Courteous and patient... while taking my order. The store was a Disaster and it sounded like a night club in the Kitchen area. You can literally hear the music out in the... parking lot. The conversations were deplorable coming from staff to say the least with total disregard to customers presence inthe lobby. Not pleased at all ! Read more
