Horrible customer service! We ordered pizza from here, got the text at 916pm my pizza was out for delivery. When I didn't... receive it by 1010pm, I called to be sure this wasn't an issue. The girl that answered was rude and acted like I was botheringher by inquiring about my order (this is the third time it's happened) When I finally received it at 1020pm, I had to chase thedriver down after I watched him stop in my driveway, sit there for a couple mins, then pull out to leave....if your wantingpizza, I suggest you not get it from Gautier pizza hut Read more

I love the manager Cat, who was working on Mother's day. She is a very hands on Manager and great customer service.
I would 0 star if I could. I ordered a medium and large veggie lovers pizza and we opened one and it had a 1 inch piece of glass... in it, and the smaller pizza had a piece of chicken in it. It was clearly the stores fault but when we called them they weren?tapologetic at all and said we have to call Uber and their corporate office but it was clearly their fault. Read more
Oh we were in the mood for wings and we got a thin crust pizza just to get something else. The wings were hot and fresh as well... as delicious. The pizza hit the spot as well with it. The meal was the best we have ever had. So amazing. Read more
