Ice cold hard fries, rubbery dried out chicken nuggets, and a corpse of a chicken sandwich (stale soggy buns, unmelted cheese,... chicken patty tasted like it'd been in the warmer for hours, wilted lettuce and a sad thin slice of soggy tomato). Yum. One wordof Advice: Hit the gas, aim for Ocean Springs, and don't look back! It'll be worth it. Don't take the easy route like I did andstop in Gautier because it's "closer". I didn't even stay to order...tried the drive thru first, and after 20 mins of not moving, I tried to go in. They had one person... at the counter, moving as slow as they could and several people in line. This isn't the first time I've walked in waited andleft with no food. Read more
Popped in here for a quick lunch today and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hamburger was fresh... and very tasty and the French fries were also fresh and crispy. Overall a great experience. I wish it was always like this atfast food establishments. Read more

????? Zero Customer Service I decided to stop by this evening because I didn't have time to cook. The gentleman who took my... order had ZERO enthusiasm! After placing my order, I made it to the window to make my payment, and the young lady NEVER greetedme. I handed her my card, she completed the transaction, handed the card and receipt to me, and she NEVER said a word! I madeit to the window to collect my order, and the gentleman who handed me the food, NEVER said a word! As I waited on my drink, thefemale who handed it to me, NEVER said a word! Aside the horrendous interaction, or the lack there off, the food was great, andthis is the only reason I have 3 ????. Gautier's Wendy's MUST do better! The town is small enough, and there isn't much tochoose from. Let your place as a choice be well worth it; there's a few other fast food restaurants to choose from, but I choseyou.
