The food was good. The service was friendly. My waitress forgot to put in my order and after 30 minutes admitted it to me. I... wasn't mad and still gave her a 50% tip. Once she put the order in our food came out quickly. My real gripe is that when hershift ended she handed me over to another server who introduced herself. We were almost done eating and wanted dessert and acoffee refill. Her replacement never came out to check on us nor gave me my check after 15 minutes. So we left with no dessertafter I went to the register and had them pull up my check. They were not busy, there was only one other table. They were overstaffed. I saw a lot of talking and standing around. The cashier didn't ask how my meal was. I wasn't offered a deal or anapology from the supervisor for my order not being put into the system. Read more
BIG BOYS LIKE THIS ARE THE REASON I WILL FOREVER LOVE THIS RESTAURANT! Amazing food! I ordered the Cinnamon Carmel French Toast,... and while it comes with a side of maple syrup, you hardly need it.. It's so smothered in Carmel, it was like my childhoodfantasy of having dessert for breakfast had finally come true!! And it had! Four half slices, or two whole pieces of bread, withan optional side of sausage and eggs! Every bit of the food was delicious, cleaned my entire place! The waitress who served uswas very polite and attentive. Many times came back to our booth to ask how everything was, and brought back refills when shenoticed they were getting low. This USE TO BE a fine restaurant, good ppl, good food, good atmosphere..not any more. Trails of food ground into the carpet.... Smaller portions with higher prices. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks, 45 minutes for our dinner. I'm sorry to see this placedoing so badly. We will NOT go back. Read more

My two big issues were first off with Google, searched for fast food and this place came up. They are NOT fast food. It's a... diner. They had no counter to just order take out, which was frustrating as well as I had my pup with me so I didn't want tohave to go in anywhere. I ordered online for pick up, this is where my biggest grievance with this location comes in. They giveyou a window to pick up your order, I go in during this window and ask for my order, again they have a counter that says "carryout" but you cannot order carry out there nor pick up a carry out order there. So I had to awkwardly bug the waitstaff in theirarea to see if my order was ready. IT WAS NEVER STARTED! NO EMPLOYEE FRONT OR BACK BOTHERED TO MAKE SURE THE ORDER WAS STARTED.This was after more than 20 min of waiting for my pick up time. They start the order when I ask about it, and it didn't takelong to come up thankfully but the whole mess was unnecessary. If your store can't deal with online orders don't take them.Ultimately the food was decent, but over priced especially for the hoops I had to jump through just to try it. Read more
I got the Mushroom and Swiss Burger with Onion Rings and a glass of unsweet tea. Very tasty, waitress friendly and fast. She... even came by the table to let us know she was only waiting on our fresh onion rings. You could bite the onion rings withoutpulling the whole onion out. They even have coconut and banana cream pie. As food goes nowadays about the average price with adecent tip ($25). Went with a coworker and he enjoyed his very first Big Boy Burger.
