Our waitress, Sam W, couldn’t be more miserable. Anything we asked for was the biggest inconvenience. Someone asked for... carrots and celery and she rolled her eyes. Asked for napkins and she threw them in front of me from the other side of thetable. I guess it’s our fault for breathing the same air as her. Want a refill? Better off doing it yourself No “excuseme” when reaching over/in front of us. When it came time to pay, she grabbed the bills off the table and put her hand out(with attitude) for a payment. Mixed up everyone’s credit cards when returning them, leaving everyone to figure it outthemselves. One person had a concern about having the wrong bill and she slammed the correct one one the table in front of him.Tossed the pen at one of the guys at our table to sign the bill. Such poor service, if you can’t handle working in customerservice then find another job. Don’t take your personal problems out on your customers. After reading other reviews, this isclearly an ongoing issue so maybe you guys should actually do something about the problem if you want people to enjoy theirexperience at your location. Our family of 4 showed up and waited around for 15 minutes as the entry way just filled up. Not one employee acknowledged any of... us. After the wait, the group ahead had a 20 minute wait. We get to the desk, 20 minutes as well and there was 14 empty tops,clean. Two months ago, we had the same issue and a 5 year old was "assisting" our waiter. Understandable Northern Michigan'sstaffing but two months is a slack on the management, not resources. Read more
2nd time this has happened. last time we went we were there for 2 hours service is not great, but we still stayed. all waiters... and waitresses just walk right past us and served all the other customers. (including a table of 6 that got there after us) thistime we were seated right away but we sat in the booth for nearly 30 min with out a waiter or waitress saying anything to us andthis time got up and left. love this restaurant and their food is always great but service has gone down hill. Excellent dining experience. Food was hot and fresh and our server did a great job.
Our waiter was fantastic, never let our drinks get empty before getting refills, and was super friendly. Ordered 20 wings and... was only given 15. When we notifed the waiter he was quick to correct it and brought us out the rest along with 2 go boxes. Read more
Ordered two plates of 15 boneless wings. Both plates were overcooked and so hard they were inedible. This was after a 30 min... wait on a pretzel knot appetizer that was cooked right. Waited another 15-20 min on the wings which we didn't eat. Over $50 fora dinner that we couldn't eat. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I know i will never be back. Our waitress was very friendly and gave us great service! We had the fried pickles to start! They where very good! We got 20... wings to share and 4 different flavors. It was all very yummy!!!!! Read more
Food was ok at best. My drink never got refilled and server was at our table 2 times after we ordered. My sons food didn't taste... right. They packed everyone in tight together. It felt like we were sitting at someone else's table. Only half of the restaurantwas full. This is the last time we'll eat at BWW in Gaylord. Read more
