The general manager here Stacy is such a negative individual. She is very bad at her job never able to give anyone a schedule... that is even close to consistent. She is the sole reason this establishment can not keep employees. She tries to exercise herauthority to an extent that is not acceptable and her boss Troy allows it and does very little if anything to deter her frombeing so inconsiderate and negative. Fast friendly service every time. Food is always fresh.
I don?t know how you mess up an order this bad but they did it. I even repeated my order to the girl!! She said she got... ?distracted? and wasn?t able to hear me, which just tells me everyone is not doing their job properly. I got the wrong order (2sandwiches, not even the right sandwich with no hash browns). No one said to have a good day, no friendly service. I suggest tomanagement you find some replacements for your staff working at 9:45 on Tuesday morning 5/31/2022!! Read more
