The general manager here Stacy is such a negative individual. She is very bad at her job never able to give anyone a schedule... that is even close to consistent. She is the sole reason this establishment can not keep employees. She tries to exercise herauthority to an extent that is not acceptable and her boss Troy allows it and does very little if anything to deter her frombeing so inconsiderate and negative. Fast friendly service every time. Food is always fresh.
I don?t know how you mess up an order this bad but they did it. I even repeated my order to the girl!! She said she got... ?distracted? and wasn?t able to hear me, which just tells me everyone is not doing their job properly. I got the wrong order (2sandwiches, not even the right sandwich with no hash browns). No one said to have a good day, no friendly service. So a after I quit working at this bk, my food is Always wrong or extremely old. This first picture is what i got, and the second... is a very dry remake. When I call either they don?t answer or tell me I can?t have my food remade. This time I took it back andCalmly explain the issue and all I got back was attitude. Very clean with a nice modern look. Fairly fast service. Most of the staff is very nice with the exception of a couple of the... managers who could take a lesson on manners from their younger coworkers. The hash browns are sometimes served cold and hard asa rock, but most of the other menu items are ok. Read more
