Start off by stating the lobby is closed. Second pulled up to the drive-thru got to the order speaker and was asked to wait and... I did about 10 minutes later the worker goes oh I didn't know anyone was there..... end it off by I order two gotta have itsized ice creams I got either 2 of the like it's, or love its and even then the ice cream was only half full in those.... This place was gross, dirty and out of control! They were out of most flavors and toppings & the counters were so messy? They... wouldn?t even accept a Cold Stone gift card?appalling! These girls that worked there looked like they were 14 yrs old &clueless?such poor customer service. Step it up & clean up or shut down? We won?t be back! Read more
I gave one star because they were open with the lobby open. Every time I go in this place there is a problem.. I received a cold... stone gift certificate for my birthday but couldn't use it because they didn't have a reader to read the card. Also ordering acake was like pulling teeth. So I guess I have to travel 200 miles to use my gift card. Also while waiting in line the customerahead of me wanted a breakfast sandwich and they told him the weren't doing any hot food today. What? Third time I have been to this location....I have been turned away 3 different times, tonight I was there at 8:41 and the... gentlemen said we closing in 5 minutes. I was very frustrated, he told me to get an application. The Owner should close thislocation down, who ever owns it or manages it is a complete Joke..Do your jobs or shut the doors. Read more
When the manager isn't there, this place operates at the lowest possible level. From ice cream to coffee it's a roll of the dice... if you'll get what you came for. There have been times that I've received entire large cups of just cream, no coffee whatsoever.As others have said the hours are until 10, but they stop serving it seems whenever they feel like. The only time you'reguaranteed to get ice cream seems to be in the middle of the day. I love Tim's, and I love Cold Stone. So much that I'll go outof my way to get it instead of other coffee shops, but this one is a HARD PASS. Read more
We walked into the lobby to order Coldstone. There was no signage on any door indicating the lobby was closed. A woman directed... us to use the drive thru because there wasn't anyone to work the counter. Keep in mind we saw 4 people. So we went through thedrive thru to see there was no Coldstone menu. I asked if it could be put up on the screen. A woman over the speaker told us togo to the Coldstone website. We pulled out of line and left, never to return. Read more
Don?t waste your time going here. They are open until 10pm we stopped at 7pm and after sitting there a few minutes after being... told ?order when you are ready?, they come back on to say that Coldstone was ?done for the night? and Tim Hortons was onlyserving drinks, no food. We wondered why the person before us pulled away with nothing and after we left we saw the personbehind us leave with nothing as well. Worst customer service I?ve experienced, says online it closes at 10 so we called ahead to make sure. They told us they close at... 9 so we hurried over and at 8:30 they told us they ?just sold out? and then ?they have a little bit of melted coffee left.?Employee with red hair had an attitude for another job.
