The sub was ok. The bun was cold. Meat was warm. The wait however was a bit ridiculous for the maybe 10 people that were in the... store. The two men working seemed more interested in chatting with each other than doing their jobs. All the garbages throughthe store were full and pouring out on the floors. The woman's bathroom was very dirty. I'll for sure try Firehouse subs at adifferent location. I bet with the right staff it's amazing. Read more
Pretty good overall. My wife and I are kids of Firefighters so we made sure to donate an extra $5. Would go again. Only minor... complaint is how long it takes to make but then again it was worth the wait and there were only 2 employees at the time and itwas busy. Read more
Just moved to the area and cannot get enough of this place! The hook and ladder is my favorite. If you get it warm they add the... veggies after they toast everything so it keeps them fresh with great crunch and not soggy. Everyone who works there could notbe friendlier and always go the extra mile with their customer service! So nice and always clean! Our new go to by far:) Read more

45 minute wait. Terrible quality. Mush to the point the bottom bun was nothing. Not worth my time or money. Very disappointed.
They take a long time to make the sandwiches, but they're worth the wait!
