We always love this place! Anywhere we go! They were very busy and I was impressed by how quickly we got our food. My honey was... happy to get EXTRA fries that were so fresh- many times we don't. Never been to a "Five Guys" before but heard good things about their burgers. We were a bit surprised at the prices (high) but... the quality of the food was so good. My partner got a double cheese burger, fries and a chocolate shake and OMG they were allthe BEST I have ever tasted from anywhere, anytime. I was going light on the calories and ordered only a veggie sandwich (mymistake, I thought it was a veggie burger...it was just lettuce, tomato, pepper and onion on a bun) and snacked on a few of thepeanuts that are complimentary while you wait. For the burger, the fries, the shake, the veggies - it was $30. But I would goback here in a minute - the food was amazing. Read more

Incredible!! By far one of the best burgers I've ever had! When it comes to fast food, usually you think that the quicker it was... made, the cheaper it's going to be made. (At least that's how it is for me) So while I was happy that I saw the line movingquickly, I was a bit hesitant when I got closer save saw the prices for the food. But by the amount of people I saw there, andthe line that had quickly formed behind me, I knew these were no ordinary burgers. I literally couldn't put it down, I ate thewhole thing in about 90 seconds flat, 10/10. The fries stayed nice and warm to enjoy after the burger, definitely a 9/10 on thefries. I'm from the Saginaw area, and this place is not far from Petoskey. I would totally go on a road trip just to come visitthis 5 Guys again. Read more
I thought this was going to be just another fast food restaurant, boy was I wrong. Delicious food and ginormous portions, we... loved it. Oh, I almost forgot, the kitchen is all open so you can see them cooking, the guys working were singing along to theradio and having a great time, it definitely added amusement and made our experience a tad more memorable. I was working as a vendor at Alpenfest in Gaylord, MI and was thrilled to see a Five Guys! Since a tornado ripped through this... community just a month ago, I was not sure what would be open for food so I wouldn't have to eat festival food. I was delightedto walk in and find fast, friendly employees and a clean and well stocked dining area. This all provided even though therestaurant took a hit and lost their entire entry way. The prices were higher than I expected, $11 for a 2 patty bacon cheeseburger, but worth every juicy, fresh made bite! Read more
Disappointing lunch, It's been a while since I've eaten at Five Guys but today was the worst, not really busy but the cup of... fries was bits and pieces of potato ends, there was no Ice in the soda machine and the soda was warm and nobody was cleaning thetables in the lobby.
