We stopped here on our way through town coming back from the U.P. We were both so hungry for a hot lunch and tired of eating car... snacks/pre-made meals after 4 days of camping. I found Food n Stuff on google searching for \"sandwich shop\". It did notdisappoint and is exactly what you are looking for in a lunch spot! Delicious, fresh sandwiches and salads. Fast, easy, kindservice. The coleslaw and potato salad taste like REAL food, not Gordon Food Services\' pre-mixed options. Nothing was soggy.They have all the classic sandwiches you would expect. The salads are not boring, gross, lettuce salads either. Some pre-made,grab & go options are available. We ordered there for take out, and it was ready in 15 minutes or less. I ordered the calzone with side salad. The salad was excellent but the calzone could really be improved upon. It was very watery... which got all over my salad. There was no ricotta on it either which essentially makes it a Stromboli. Atmosphere and wait staffwas really nice. I would come back and recommend this diner. Read more

I Highly recommend this place!\nFresh-made, delicious food. Staff is friendly and attentive.\nWe had the Classic Italian... sandwich, and the Pot Roast Patty Melt. I also had a delicious chicken dumpling soup with big chunks of breast meat and areally yummy broth (which I ate before getting a picture of it)\nThe caesar salad on the table next to ours looked amazingtoo.\nWe?ll have to come back so we can try some of the other stuff they offer.\nWe live 2 hours away (UP), and said ?This placeis worth the drive!? The squeaky clean... facility, the bright and modern décor, and the friendly service will have you walking out with no choice but to be impressed.Where do I start with the food?!? The portion sizes are very good for quality food and ingredients. Many places boast of thesesame features but leave you with not much more on your plate than a snack, not here! The flavors and tastes are on point and youdon\'t feel like a boat anchor at the bottom of Lake Huron 3 hours after you\'ve eaten there. Very friendly and great food! I come almost weekly and am always greeted by the staff by name. The food has been perfect every... time and I always check the daily specials. I also love the grab and go breakfast pizza on my way to work, and they have thebest french fries! Read more
