I?m not going to give a bad review because I understand fast food can be frustrating and overwhelming at times. But just went... through drive thru and waiting on fries they had me pull ahead. Forgot about me and I waiting 10-15 mins before I headed in andthe manager was sweet enough to offer me a free cookie for my wait which I appreciate. But then I get my food and leave and geton the highway and open the box and these are seriously the smallest tenders I?ve ever seen and of course the honey mustard andbbq were not in the bag. Just wanted to give this review because service is everything and a lot of people will never returnbecause of an experience like this. I will continue to go to the Gaylord location occasionally and truely appreciate the workyou all do. Read more
Food is good. But the drive threw has major deep potholes. You can easily pop a tire. I Won't be returning until the potholes... are repaired. Read more
Worst KFC ever!!!!! They forgot 2 of my items and when I went inside to get the large coleslaw I noticed that not one of the 4... ladies in the kitchen had hairnets on, the floor was covered in food and packaging items, not one employee was wearing gloves.DIRTY. I would not recommend going here, especially after getting home to open the bag with my large coleslaw to see that it wasonly a quarter full and looked as if it gad bites out of the middle. Read more
We stopped here for dinner on the way back home from vacation and since we were anxious to get home I ordered online and we ate... on the road. It was by far the BEST KFC I've had in my life!! We live in the metro Detroit area and can someone tell me WHY fastfood up north is always superior to the fast food in lower Michigan?? Every single fast food restaurant near me SUCKS not one isgood!! Not only that but people up north are so much kinder and I've never encountered Karen's like I do by my home! But back tothe food everything was hot and crispy the chicken sandwiches, the chicken tenders and the fries and the chicken pot pie was hotand fresh and they actually had sauce!! But the best part was those tenders were the size of a half of a chicken breast! Tendersby my home no matter where you order tenders are not much larger than a chicken nugget!! I would give 3.5 if I could. The line was about 8 mins total from me ordering until I got my food. Food wasn't bad hot ,fresh... and delicious. The only bad thing I can think of was the lady at the window didn't ask nor give me time to ask for my receipt. Read more
Have had 2 bad experiences in a row here. #1 was the "vats" (septic) right next to drive thru - you can smell it as you wait... inline for your food AND while ordering (absolutely disgusting!!); second is that they had the wrong price listed on theirdrive-thru menu. When I questioned it, I got attitude from the OLD GRUMPY lady at the drive thru. She always has an attitude. Not impressed at all. Place is filthy and smells like an outhouse! Read more
Honestly if I could've rated zero stars I would have. The older woman at the drive thru was very rude. We ordered their $35 meal... with a pouch of pepsi, then we received our food and when we got home. We opened up the containers of food and every containerwe received had hair on top of the food. I honestly almost got sick! It is always disgusting to find a hair in your food, but itis far worse when you find it in every container of food, as that seems intentional. We took the food back and they refunded ourorder, and remade the food and I said I wanted to watch them this time. The manager and staff didn't seem concerned let aloneapologetic at all. If the regional manager is reading this then please contact me, as my next correspondence will be with thehealth department. This makes me not want to return to this location especially with my family. I am so disgusted with not onlyhair in the food, but also with the complete lack of concern, especially with regards to the manager. Lack of customer serviceto say the least. Read more
This place needs a zero star option, how is kfc not gonna have any white chicken or tenders or Xtra crispy chicken??? Struck out... on all of them last visit we were told they had none of all 3 things so we went else where, this time we got wrong sauce on myboys tenders and we asked for sauce packets for popcorn chicken, I seen none in bad and asked for some he says it's in theirlook deeper and told have a nice day and shut window! Screw this place they could be so much better! But employees aredestroying it! Read more
