My boss ordered lunch for myself and another employee. I ordered a pulled pork grinder with onions. There were literally 4... pieces of onion on the grinder. Worse yet there were a few pieces of mushroom in the box. The grinder was not verywarm(possibly due to your online order system that does not tell you how long your food will take, I figured 20 minutes wassufficient). The gal that greeted me was very short and asked for my name. I gave her my bosses name, a female and I'm amale which drew an eye roll and a toss of the 2 boxes of food on the counter. Such good food for the inexpensive prices! We ordered chicken broccoli Alfredo pasta, which was topped with melted cheese and... two very delicious pieces of garlic bread. The personal pizza and cookie were yummy too! We ordered our food on DoorDash andwas waiting in the parking lot, and somehow the kind employee knew it was us and brought the food to our car at exactly theestimated ready time on the app. Pleasantly surprised by the five star service! Wow! FINALLY found the best pizza in Michigan! This was, without a doubt, our favorite meal in a restaurant of any kind in the... last 4 years. Pizza was perfect. I?m not usually a negative Nancy?.but this was pretty bad, the lady who took our order was terrible, she was cleaning windows... when we pulled up and as we were walking in never greeted us but literally closed the door in my wife?s face?.the only reasonI?m giving the blessing of 3 stars was because I cannot deny that the grinders were arguably the best grinders I?ve ever hadNorth of the Mason-Dixon Line; however, the customer service leaves much room to be desired? Overall the pizza was ok. It was eatable and I?d go here again maybe to try different things. The things I liked about my... pizza: The sauce was interesting, flavorful, and just the right amount. I felt the cheese and toppings were adequatelyprovided. The things I didn?t like: The pizza was super floppy for a thin crust. I was expecting a little(a lot) more firmnesswith the base, but could be due to my next issue. The pizza was insanely greasy... I have seen some greasy pizzas in my day, butthis was on its own level. Probably the better choice in town but something recently changed. Everytime I order now, the pizza shows up undercooked. The... dough is literally raw, not just "doughy", raw. Be wary. Customer service is good. They're remaking my pizza but inconvenient.Update: Revising my statement on good customer service. Went to pick up new pizza and staff was talking smack for giving theircustomer what they asked for. They speak volumes on behalf of the owner. Read more
