Got a blt quarter pounder and it had no bacon. Meat was raw and the tomatoes were in quarter size chunks. Definitely couldn't... eat it. Gaylord MI. McDonald's is trash. Read more
Pretty much the same as all the other McDonald's, asked for no onions at both windows, she even responded with a big yes " No... Onions " and of course the BigMac came WITH ONIONS. Read more
Went inside to order at 7pm got everything except our large drink we ordered 3 and only received 2. Had to ask before leaving... for our 3rd one. While checking our food mind you we are almost everyday customers but the lobby is filthy the worst I've everseen it in 10+ years. Read more
Food isn't terrible, but I try to avoid it. They are usually very busy and my order is always messed up. Good for a quick meal,... but I would prefer Burger King. Read more
This review is lower than one star. Went through the drive thru and received 2 raw quarter pounders. Took them inside. Woman in... charge screamed ?Raw meat!?, then walked away. She returned a few minutes later to say they were making 2 more. Much later wewalked out with replacements only to find them bloody raw again. Went in for a refund, they yelled that burgers were not raw, astheir thermometer said so. Bloody burger and box begs to differ. Perhaps they were taking the temperature of their grill!Finally got a refund with attitude like it was our fault. Read more
Ordered not even $10 worth of food and waited nearly 30 minutes after dealing with rude workers. While waiting, other customers... who ordered after us with larger orders than us got their food before we got ours multiple times. After finally getting ourfood, it was obvious that it had been sitting for a while. The workers couldn?t even do the simple things correctly; thewrappers for our sandwiches were inside out and our fries were not cooked all the way, not to mention they were not even inuniform, they were wearing sweatpants. As a McDonald?s employee myself I know that it can be tough sometimes, but 30 minutes for4 small sandwiches and 1 fry with nearly 20 people working is ridiculous. Stay away from this McDonald?s unless you want slowservice, rude workers, and cold food; it would be faster to go to another McDonald?s in a nearby city. Read more
Ordered 2 single burger to go. Ate while riding in the car. One bite almost puked. Was going to throw them out the window but... was afraid the animals may eat them and die. NO MORE Mickey Ds for Me! Read more
