Seems like bad staffing seems to be a theme with the Panera here in Gaylord based on the other reviews?. Said I wanted four of... the southwest chicken sandwiches and got four of something completely different. When I went back and brought it up, a man (whoI assume is the manager) wearing a blue shirt, bald, and with a beard told me that I didn?t (with quite an attitude) andsnatched my bag out of my hands to fix it. If you want to be confused and empty your wallet, eat here! It took staff and management 20 mts to explain how my lunch bill for... 2 people was $43.45. Great deception on menu pricing of the pick 2. Mine was full price on 2 items with a dollar off each item.My husband's was half the item at a 40% reduced price. However, they want to label it, beware that you're paying ALOT. Onecookie was $5.29. Gosh Panera, this is highway robbery. The couples behind us, also complained about the expense. I only gave 1star, because the food was good. However, this is our last visit to Panera. ???? Read more
While we almost always love the Panera visits, we were on travel for vacation. Stopped for a quick lunch and while open, the... dining area was closed due to a semi recent tornado. That made it where had to eat outside or in the car. Other than that itwas good but eating outside was not quite what I had hoped for! Overall it was still pretty good. Read more
I have been here twice since the tornado, trying to support local businesses who have been affected, but honestly both times... were beyond disappointing. The staff is unfriendly and the portions are way too small for the price. Last time I ordered a 1/2sandwich and 1/2 salad. When I unwrapped the sandwich it was a total mess and had barely any meat. The tiny container of saladdressing was about 1/4 full, barely enough to coat the bottom of the container. The chicken was pink and nasty looking. We pulled up to the window and was told that they were out of bread for sandwiches and flatbreads. I then decided to order a... chicken teryaki and broccoli bowl and they were out of that too. I ordered something else and when I got the bag there was twobaguettes in the bag. So they were not out of bread. And then part of my Mac and cheese was freezing cold. Did not receive my dessert with my order when using Rapid pick up requiring me to drive back in order to receive it. Therefore,... always check your bag before you walk out the door instead of trusting employees to do their job to 100%. When I returned theycompensated by giving an extra dessert. Other than that, food was Panera and quality. The Kitchen Sink cookie is very rich andtasty... Split it in half with coffee for two mornings. Read more
I placed a delivery order through the app online because I?m sick right now. I was missing the broccoli cheddar soup and I... called to come to a solution because mistakes happen. Their options were I can come pick it up or they can send a coupon in themail. The whole point of a delivery order was for me to not have to leave my house because I?m sick.
