First, I am the customer that calls to report great service and great food. You willv ery rarely hear a complaint. However, once... in a while it's necessary. Each of the 2 employees I came in contact with today need work on their customer service skills. Tothe first employee: When you don't pay attention to what your customer orders, don't roll your eyes and express outwardannoyance when the customer corrects you. To the second employee: When you ask your customer if they will be eating here ortaking it to go and they reply, "Eating here but please put lids on the nachos because I won't be able to finish it here," Don'tcorrect your customer by saying "Then you should have said "To go!" So make sure you say to go if you want lids nexttime. Finally. I love Qdoba but this time, food was sub par as well because it was luke warm. Read more
Very unfriendly staff. I was gonna give 3 stars giving them the benefit of the doubt but it seems other ppl also experienced the... same rudeness so seems to be a normal behavior. I worked in service so I understand it sucks but it?s not my fault that you ranout of rice and had to get more. The man acted like he was doing me the biggest favor and he was wearing a different outfit soI?m gonna assume he was the manager. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by just being there. The portion sizesfor $10 + is ridiculous so I asked them for extra cuz it would fill no one?s belly. Not always the friendliest location. But we travel through often and it?s a fast low carb option to grab sense we have a dog... with us and try to do faster options to grab vs leaving her alone in the car. If it was not for that I would not keep goingback. Read more
Used to love coming here with family and friends, but not recently. Staff is exceptionally rude, and never seems to be on the... same page, new staff member's don?t seem to know what?s up either. They?re very stingy with their food portions, and each timei?ve walked in there and asked for a bag of chips it?s a different answer each time, same with getting sauce on my quesadilla,(?we can?t do that?) why not? I love this place. it's one of my favorite places to eat they're affordable and they have nice portion size for the price. have... never disappointed going there and it's better than most other chain restaurants. Read more
I went here with my daughter. The food was delicious, the portion size was large too! We took half home to eat later for dinner.
We got there, 10 minutes before closing, hungry and with no clue what to eat and how it works there. The staff was super... friendly, kind and helped us creating great food. Awesome taste and super friendly staff? what more could you ask for?! Read more
