I really wasn?t going to say anything but this is the second time this week my fiancé and I have gone into the Walmart subway... for food. The first time we had a rude young man who just really wasn?t pleasant. Then today it was the young man and a woman.The young man wasn?t as bad but the women was awful to my fiancé. She asked him if he wanted both his subs the same, mind youwe got multiple subs, and he said no unsure of what she meant. She finished his first sub and asked about the next one and whenhe said the same as the first one she made a snarky comment about ?that?s what I meant when I asked if you wanted them thesame?. How are we supposed to know that?s what you meant when we got MULTIPLE subs. We will be going to a different subway fromnow on. Was not pleased. They messed up our order then the rude young lady argued with me for 5 minutes before eventually remaking our... food properly. I had to leave work cuz she told the delivery driver our food was made right. But after making her read thereceipt and opening the food infront of her she still argued. It was a mess. Probably won't order from there again Read more
I have often used the Gaylord Walmart Subway for food. This time my debit card info was stolen and the store has no security... what so ever and has no concern when your information is stolen. The owners personally told me that they are not concerned withsecurity and have no responsibility in doing so. Read more
100% unhappy and sickened. Cross contamination and disinterest in customer satisfaction. I twice told the guy making my wrap... that it was to be a veggie wrap. He proceeded to start my wrap then he started my friends food. A gentleman walked in behind usand ordered a tuna sandwich. While making the tuna sandwich a huge blob of tuna fell into the cheese bin and he just left itsitting there. The man making the tuna sandwich took his gloves and squished the tuna down into the bread, then proceeded to usethe same, tuna smeared, gloves to remove veggies for another sandwich. After that he full on grabed my wrap with the sametainted gloves. He had now transferred tuna to 3 or 4 veggie bins, a cheese bin and 2 other peoples food. Cross contamination offood is a health issue and I do not recommend that anyone eats here if thats how their employees care for their product andtheir customers. Read more
I wanted to buy a bottle of water and they weren't busy or anything. Some lady who worked there gave me the dirtest stare I've... ever seen. I had to wait at the counter for 5 minutes just to buy the water. I'm thoroughly disappointed in this visit. Read more
Crew very friendly, fast and great custimer service. Food was fresh, hot and good. Love the idea of they having hot pretzels ... and pipcorn. Wish my Subways in Texas had them. Going to miss this Subway and staff. Read more
