Absolute worst service and sanitary levels with this establishment very displeased in the upkeep with this subway & I?ve been to... plenty of different subways in Michigan. This man was wearing his hat on subside down yes I mean bell facing upward. Witnessedhim get a lady her marinara meatball (getting swarmed by flies in the container of meatballs) than processed to make anotherman?s sub with the SAME GLOVES and SAME KNIFE as the lady before him talk about cross contamination, there was marinara on hisCHICKEN sub. He had to kindly ask the man to change this gloves even though the worker just looked at him with discuss andcomplied. Than my boyfriend asked if they had eggs, while looking directly at the eggs and the man didn?t comply with hisrequest and said ?no?. Deserves a 0 star if possible. Ordered from here online delivery Three times. Now the first time they added cheese. (Can't eat... for health reasons) I figured oh just a mess up its OK, full refund was received. So I did it again (shame on me) AGAIN sandwichwas received with CHEESE, GOT another refund but this time had to have it as a remake, do you see where this is going? SANDWICH3 ALSO HAS CHEESE!!!!. This subway is always backed up. Only ever one person working, very slow. I normally don?t complain. I came back a third time... this month, same results each time. I came to this subway on April 6th at 1:45. And I met the most amazing worker I have ever came across in my life. She was... amazing and had an amazing attitude! I just moved to Gaylord and not knowing anyone so when I went to get food I came in havinga bad day and left feeling like I just got done talking to someone I?ve known my whole life! I didn?t feel welcomed in this place. The person making the sandwich acting he is being patient with me like I am to slow, this... is not my first time to buy a sub and my sandwich is the same every time, never got an attitude like this.
