More than 20 minute wait in drive thru. Hardly any filling in the tacos. Waste of cash. Would have preferred a PBJ at home.
8 cars in the drive through when I got there. took over an hour to get to the window. The workers inside were just standing... there talking. I'm not one to complain but come on, Not the first time either. If you order more then 3 things they will prettymuch with out fall mess up your order. Read more
Literally the slowest "fast food" restaurant I've ever been to. During busy times, it's not uncommon for lines at drive thru to... be 30 mins or more. So, if you see a long line... Skip it, you gotta have something better to do with your time than sitting ina parking lot. Read more
You have to enter in your own order at this place if you come inside. FYI that does not lend itself to attentiveness. The staff... is super busy but seems prioritize the drive through orders. Takes much longer to get your food inside vs drive through. Tookover 30 minutes. One of the guys was standing in the back aimlessly drying dishes as slow as he could instead of making foodwhile the line piled up. Read more
Placed an online order for pickup shortly after 9pm (they are open late). It was long line in the drive thru. Waited for over... 45mins before giving up and canceling the order. Drive thru line was barely moving. They might have had a bad evening at thislocation but I had a worse experience at another Taco Bell in Columbus too recently so I will probably stay away from Taco Belluntil they improve their service.
