We love Tim Hortons.But today it didn't love me. We order 6 sandwiches ,of course ,our luck not on special. 3 hash browns ,a hot... chocolate,2 muffins. Almost 40.dollars .We are sitting waiting ,waiting . We get one bag with everything jammed inside the bag.I nicely say ,I ordered 2 muffins. The young gentleman,begins to let me know how he only does the food. I say ,you are doing agreat job. He goes in gets the muffins. We leave thinking ,that was a mistake. Paid to much ,got smashed food and bi.ched at ona Sunday morning. I had to drive away and change the rest of the day. PS I ordered bacon and got sausage. Read more
This was our first visit to a Tim Hortons and it did not disappoint! Our coffees were excellent and the employees were friendly... and welcoming. We can't wait to return again! Read more
This is sadly the closest Tim Hortons near me. They are ALWAYS fast, friendly, and good quality. The management takes care of... inquiries or complaints immediately and efficiently. Even if there is one employee in the store, they make it through long linesalone, and a smile never leaves their face. I wish they paid their employees better. Read more
I should of walked right back out the door when the line was so long but with 2 hungry kids I waited, and boy did we, almost 30... minutes for a couple of bagels. There was loud inappropriate chatter from who appeared to be the person "in charge" . I wouldkeep on driving if your in the area because it's not worth the wait! Read more
I love Tim Hortons. Not too many people know about it in southern states because originally from Canada. For my personal opinion... best coffee in USA an Canada. I wish they're moving down to southern states too. Read more
I don?t normally complain, but not one thing on my order was right. And just because you choose take out does not mean you get... your food first. Highly don?t recommend this location and I will not come back again. Read more
The ice cream is awesome! If you haven't been to Coldstone, YOU need to go! So many flavors and mix ins to get fat from. The... service was not so great... they were very nice, but we were in there for about 35 minutes and only 2 individuals were in frontof us. The one poor girl was struggling to scoop the sweet cream ice cream. Tough times there. Hope to see at least one moreperson on shift as they were struggling to keep up with the drive thru coffee orders. The ice cream is still worth the waitthough. Read more
I work next door and ordered online my ice cap wasn't frozen ordered a vanilla iced coffee, it was black no flavor and waited... for someone to even realize the missed an entire beverage.... normally I have no issues but this time was absolutely horrible. Read more
