The sign clearly states that they open at 7:00 a.m. but as the employees saw me sitting there in the parking lot I had to call... to ask if they were going to open and they told me they weren't opening until 7:30 but the business hours are clearly stated at7:00 a.m. in the morning. Read more
This used to be my favorite go-to place and I would recommend it to everybody but lately with the new people that are showing up... behind the counter the service, cleanliness, as well as quality has gone down dramatically. I love the place and it really hadgreat potential but the last few times I have gone in there have been largely disappointing and unfortunately I do not think Iwill be coming here or bringing anyone else here again until I can be reassured that someone will be working on some of theseissues. The customer service has been rude, sparky and terrible. No smiles or friendly "hello" when you come in anymore and ifyou ask for anything more than what is on the menu you get a scowl and an eye roll (i.e. a smoothies with EXTRA strawberries).The past 4 or 5 times I have gotten food for either myself or someone else from there it has been cold (specifically thechicken) when you bite into it immediately after its served and I have even asked multiple times for them to warm it twice or toensure it's fully warm before they serve it. As far as the cleanliness goes it's nowhere near as clean as it used to be when youwalk in. You can see dirty utensils, the floors are nasty and full of food (which I understand happens but even when it isn'tbusy it should really be kept up with) and the tables have not looked like they have been wiped down in days, there is food,sauce, etc on them. It really does have potential and is a great place, it used to be; but somebody really needs to do somethingabout the employees and their attitudes and how much effort they put into their jobs. They seem to have no pride or manners andnot only do the food and smoothies reflect their lack of effort, but the experience as a whole is diminished. Read more

DON'T BOTHER, the dark haired girl" shift lead" is a total Karen, I asked for light ice, and she gave me a lecture on how... smoothies aren't smoothies without ice and I would receive only" half" of a regular sized smoothie. The nastiest girl , I'vebeen getting smoothies for over 20 years I never had such a horrible experience. By the way, I added yogurt to the smoothie &when you do that you don't need a giant container of ice to make a smoothie a proper consistency. Regardless, whoever the owneris needs to be aware how RUDE, NASTY and unprofessional the shift lead is. Read more
This was the best service I've seen in awhile. Very well staffed with seven people, happy/chill environment, and I didn't wait... very long. I even heard other customers say they were impressed by the assembly line system for in person and onlineorders. Very impressed by service and quality of smoothie! Read more
This Smoothie place is so worth the stop. Nestled in an outdoor strip mall on the main drag just yards west of Panera Bread is... this hip joint where you will be greeted upon walking in by cheery staff. The modern art and colorful atmosphere compliments theAMAZING smoothies! Cultural well-being initiatives are just one of the reasons to make this your mid-shopping day smoothieventure. The accessible parking right next to the mall ramp and the accessible bathroom which is very well maintained are keypoints for a midday shopping rest stop. The staff is joyful, helpful and amazing! Despite looking like something the cat drug inpost Christmas shopping I was greeted with smiles and courtesy. This business deserves every star it got! Read more

I ordered 2 smoothies online, for curbside pick up. Arrived at your restaurant early, and waited 10 minutes past the time the e... mail said it would be ready. I sat and watched as others went in and out receiving their orders in a timely manner. We decidedto go in and get oursx, and the lady behind the counter asked if I had an online order, and my name. She told me my order wasalmost ready, as we stood another 15 minutes waiting for our order. She finally came over, asked my name again, and theninformed me they were sitting right there ready the whole time we were waiting. I understand that it may be hard to runoutside every so often, and keep the store running smoothly. I didn't mind at all going in the store to pick up my order, butthe service once i was i side was very frustrating. I do not mind waiting for items when a place is busy, but to have it sittingthere ready, and not be told is a little to much. On the other hand your store was clean, and has a very nice feel.
