This places employees are as trashy as the building! If you want some toothless pieces of trash to act like they?re better than... you, order from the Gaylord location. Someone needs to retrain/fire their ?staff?. And based on your reviews it?s time to find anew manager. Read more
The food was very good, however in the 2 times that I visited while I was in Gaylord, the first time we did not get our cookies... that we ordered. The second time, we sat at the speaker for almost 5 minutes with no reply, at just before 10:30. Read more
we ordered 3 jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bags, and they only got 1/3 order correct. they had lots of people working today, so... i do don?t know why they got that much wrong. check your bag before you leave. Read more
I should learn from past experiences. The Wendy's in Petoskey is much better. I understand the staffing issues, but I ordered... the meals with the mobile app. The one side of restaurant was locked, no signs stating to go to the other side. The positiveside, the order was correct and the food was good. If I was the franchisee, I'd close the restaurant for a week, catch up onmaintenance and retrain the staff, and hopefully hire additional personal. Read more
I have never been treated so poorly at a drive thru. This was around 6:30PM Aug 11, 2022. From the first words out of her mouth... everything said was incredibly rude. Zero patience. Zero respect. Actually told me, which i was actually happy about, that itwas "going to take a long time" for them to make 5 $5 Biggie Bags. Clicked her tongue at me and hummed an annoyed tune while iasked my family which sandwich they wanted. I ended up telling her that we did not need anything after all and we ended uphaving a very pleasant dinner at the BK across the street. Read more
If you want more business, I suggest not opening at 6:30AM and not closing before 8 the latest - especially if you can?t find... people to work the night shift. Too many times I?ve pulled up 6:30PM-7:30PM and the restaurant is closed. I also suggest makingthe food right and not forgetting multiple parts of the order. The fries were cold and have tasted like cannabis a couple timesas well. Lastly, don?t put a 14/15 year old on the drive through window by herself while still training. The poor girl wastrying her best but still messing up (which happens at a first job so I obviously was very patient) and no one was helping her.The one person who did ?help? was so annoyed with her and talked down to her. Dinning room was closed. Had 6 people withe and they did not want to take 2 orders at drive thu. Explained to crew that we... couldn't come in so she did do it. They were only had enough strawberry frosty for two so we did order chocolate. Food wasfresh and orders were filled correctly. Read more
On November 27th we went there. It was so cold in there. There was around 6 people not including my family we were all in full... winter gear bc of how cold it was. The service was not great. The line was from the front counter to the back window. Thecashier was newish but didn't have customer service experience. The manager was not friendly. Probably won't be back. Foodwas...decent.
