Last time I'll order pizza from this location. Not only is this the second time they've been more than 30 minutes past the... estimated delivery time, no one is answering the phone. I have tried 3 times to check to see if there was a misunderstanding,like maybe they thought I was going to pick it up. Called to order pizza for delivery. We were having a pool party for our church group. Ordered 6 pizzas and was told it would be... 1 hour. We called at 6:50 and the pizzas didn't arrive until after 9pm. No apology let alone offer to compensate us for ourwait. On the plus side the pizzas were hot and did taste good. Ordered some delivery pizza last night (11/3/22), they were out of the popcorn chicken side, called me and offered to swap it... out for chicken strips (which cost more) at no added cost! Then the driver accidentally forgot my redbulls with my order, whichI was gonna eat and then head up there and grab them but she was back with the redbulls, without a call placed, before I evenfinished eating! No place is perfect, but you become perfect with how you handle your imperfections. I would say this Casey'shas got it figured out! Keep up the good work guys! Read more
