I have never written a 2 star review before this, but the Denny's is the worst! It was filthy, the floors were sticky and the... overall dining room felt like it hadn't been cleaned in months. When we arrived we were promptly sat, but it took our serverwell over 15 minutes to take our drink order. The restaurant was not busy, the server was visiting with her friends at anothertable. Had I had another place to go we would have packed up and left, but we waited it out. In all fairness the waitress wasapologetic and pleasant but after putting our order in it took another 20 minutes to get our food. Four of us were served andthe 5th had to wait another 5 minutes. I work in the food world and understand it very well, staffing issues, supply chainissues I get it. But there was absolutely no reason for the condition of this restaurant. Read more
Denny?s lives up to its rumors. The food here was amazing.
I wish I could rate this place higher because the servers do the best they can and have always been polite. But they're so... clearly understaffed it puts a huge stress on the staff that is there. If you get lucky and catch it during a completey deadtime, you might not wait 20 minutes for water. The seat in our booth was broken so when we sat in it, we sunk down super low. Myvery tall 12 year old was barely able to reach the table top lol. The entrance smelled of...urine? And the whole place was justplain dirty. The windows, the tables, the floors. I'm talking, fingerprints on every surface, dust in every corner. I'm notpicky when it comes to restaurants like Denny's. I have pretty low standards but this was too obvious to overlook. Took my kids for the first time. The place is dated and needs serious updates. Our both the seats were broken. Holes in them.... Our hostess even told me be careful sitting down. Read more
First of all, amazing experience! We had Shawn as a waiter (little shout out to how awesome he was), and he was very attentive... to everything. We had the choconana breakfast and the strawberry vanilla creme crepes. Absolutely amazing, everything wasperfect! It was 35 bucks for 2 people, and we both got shakes, so it was also extremely cheap. 10/10 would go again! Read more
One of the worst Denny's I have ever been to. I have been here on a few other occasions and can't remember being disappointed.... Has been a couple of years since I was here last. Now old and outdated. Sitting in the booth was like sitting on a toilet seat- big depression in the seat, worn out springs. Table top was worn away. Bathroom was dirty. Overall the restaurant did not havea very clean feel at all. Food was okay. Feel bad for the wait staff, as they were friendly and prompt. Can't imagine I wouldever stop here again. Read more
We've been going to this Denny's for over 20 years. It's always been a quiet place to eat, and the service has almost always... been super. Sean is new to us, and he did a wonderful job. A lot of the younger servers don't realize that the coffee cup at theedge of the table means it needs refilling, but he got it. They even put a skillet meal on a plate for me since it takes foreverfor those things to cool down. Read more
Love Denny's . We drive to Geneva to eat there! Stopped at this Denny's. Service was good, Danielle waited on us. Food was... good, love the pancakes. Scrambled eggs were not very good, 1 big egg pancake and over cooked. Bathroom was out if all tolietpaper and hand towels. But clean. Read more
