This place was disgusting! The whole restaurant was absolutely filthy. Garbage everywhere, drink station nasty and sticky,... floors sticky and covered with trash... The service was slow, the order was wrong, the veggies on the burger were old... And theKIDS running the place didn't have a care in the world. I was at the Geneseo McDonald's about 930 pm. The driveway leading to drive thru smelled like a pot farm. Not very enticing.... Hate the smell of pot. Especially at a restaurant. Read more
I literally never leave reviews but I was treated so poorly by the staff at this location today that I had to say something. I... was double charged after being told my card was declined and that it was my issue not theirs. There is not any sort of customerservice culture from the top and it shows. I had to go back to sort the issue out and there was no apology or attempt to make itright. Read more
The manager JOSH needs to clean up a few things. You don?t close the dining room at 6:20 when you?re not supposed to close it... till 8. I understand you?re short staffed but it doesn?t take that much work to have the dining room open, not like the tablesget cleaned that often anyway. Quickest drive thru I've ever been through. Clean inside and out. Associate was polite and well mannered. Burgers were very hot.... Something you don't get from other McDonald's Stores. Read more
