Would give 0 stars if I could. They refused to serve let alone acknowledge my husband likely due to wearing a blue line shirt.... Left with no food. To the employee who refused to serve my husband, if you cannot learn to put your biases aside and wait oneveryone who comes through the door then it's time to leave the customer service industry. The 2 boys working (about 17 years old) came out of the back about 3 minutes after we came in and they were visibly high and had... to be told several times what we wanted on our subs. Disappointed with the customer service. Read more

They still have some $5 foot long subs missed a couple of things on the subs ordered online but they are training new people
Recently went to this location and got horrible service and down right HORRIBLE subs Asked for extra meat on both AND GOT... CHARGED the extra money but never got the extra meat, if anything didn?t even get the right amount for a normal sub, was barelyany Mayo or honey mustard. Got a email from what I guess was the manager which if he was he?s a sorry excuse for a manager, allhe had to say was he had a talk to the employees and sorry it happened NEVER offered to fix the problem at all !! I much prefer this standalone Subway versus the one in Walmart. The employees are nicer and it's cleaner. I like the atmosphere... and the size of the shop better as well. Read more
i normally go here a lot and the service is great. it?s a wonderful place for a nice quick and easy to make sub. i came in today... to order what i usually get. the girl working didn?t know how to make a sub, at least that?s what it looked like. the sub meatfell out of the sub which i understand that happens. she didn?t cut the sub in half, the sub roll was cut wrong so there was aninch of the roll and the rest was the meat and toppings. i asked for ranch with a tad extra but it was drenched in it. i don?tthink she needs to be fired but should learn how to make a sub right. i don?t want to sound like a karen it was still a goodsub, she just needs to get some help on knowing how to make them. I would give 0 stars as well if I could. The girl working behind the counter seemed more concerned with her 3 inch long... eyelashes than making any food and the boy was totally useless. I placed an order at 12:05 which was to be ready for pickup at12:25, I get there at 12:35 and it still wasn't even done until 12:55. Fast food? Yeah right! The girl working was incrediblyobnoxious and SO HORRIBLY RUDE when I asked her why my order from nearly an hour earlier took so long to be filled she said theboy was useless right to him.
