False advertisement (meal said $7.99 on drive thru menu but was $9.29 at the window)...I ordered "small" so it should have been... the least expensive option! Over $10 after taxes for about a $4 meal. Chicken was small and undercooked, fries were soggy andbiscuit was pathetic! I eat at Popeye's in Dothan regularly and it has never been like this! Read more

Good chicken and some things are reasonably priced while others are crazy high. The wait in the drive thru line was way too... long, and the side items weren't enough to satiate a toddler... but the chicken was good and the staff was friendly... Read more
Spent 15 minutes at the drive thru for us to go to the window to even place our order because they never said anything to us... when we got to the window the lady had an attitude with us when I told her we had waited 15 minutes for someone to even take ourorder and when I asked her if we could place it at the window she well I guess so because I got no other choice and rolled hereyes at us this Popeyes needs better employees and management. Will be calling corporate because this is not the first time thishas happened to us at this Popeyes. Read more
Service is absolutely horrible. Waited in drive-thru for 30 minutes got the wrong order. I went back through drive-thru since... their lobby was not open and sat at the speaker this time for 15 minutes waiting for them to take my order. I finally just droveoff because no one was answering the speaker. Read more
I?ve been twice and they got the order wrong each time. Also employee at the window was not friendly at all. This business is... not going to last as long as your employees don?t take pride in what they are doing. They all need customer service training. Read more
