I have always found this location to be generous on the portions and quick with getting through the line. Dining area needed a... good cleaning but I'm guessing they are facing staffing issues like most establishments. Still very tasty! Read more
Went from 5 stars to 1 and let me explain: Adding rice to my burrito that I didn't ask for a way to hide the fact that you... barely put any protein on your burritos? At first I thought my husband accidently ordered rice but receipt and the app showedthe correct order. So much rice I might as well have gotten a rice burrito. Meat is buried and I had to really examine to see ifthey put meat in this burrito. And I paid for extra protein. Picked up an order just to come home disappointed and hungry.Husband felt bad and asked if he wanted to me to get another one. Just to drive 20 mins back and forth to fix this mess and havehim wait to eat his. Lost my appetite. And where are the other toppings I added? This place has gone downhill. Don't orderonline. Go physically in the store so they don't mess up your order. They're consistently doing this and I refuse to eat hereagain. Next chipotle is closer but I think I'll go authentic. I'm updating my previous review found below. The quality of the food has improved but the food quantity was not consistant from... customer to customer. Chipotle always has a good menu and good food. The only inconsistencies between locations is char on themeats and spice levels. The char level was less than normal and the meats spice level was also. Overall the food was onlygood instead of its normal excellent quality. Odds are the next time I go to this location food quality will be back ontrack. Bottom line, love the food, hate the industrial decor. Read more

What is it very disturbing? Ubiquitous dirt around, tables scattered, sticky with everything. Various things are lying on the... floor .... It's ugly and unpleasant to eat here. And I haven't seen such a lazy service in a long time. I don't know, maybe Igot into a bad schift but it's unpleasant here. Read more
I love Chipotle. My only issue with this place is the location. It's kinda hard finding a parking space as the strip mall itself... is fairly small. Avoid rush hours (noon, 5 pm) and you'll be fine. Update 12/22: They have since moved to a stand alone locationabout a 1/2 mile South on Randall road. Easy to get to and have a drive through. Highly recommended. Read more
