Back in September I placed an order and it took 2 1/2 hours to be delivered. I called and they said they were short staffed and... should be there soon. She was very nice and I totally get it being short staffed. When the pizzas did show up, the order waswrong (was supposed to be a simple hand tossed cheese pizza?it was thin crust with meats on it?this pizza was for a vegetarian).Driver was already gone. Called the store and was on hold for 45 minutes. I finally just hung up. Called the next day andtalked to a very nice lady who apologized and said she would put it in the system that I would have a free cheese pizza when Iordered next. Said it would be under my phone number. Called tonight to order pizza and they don?t have anything in their systemabout the free pizza. The person on the phone was laughing with a co-worker when I gave my address. Not sure what that was allabout. Because it wasn?t in their system, they wouldn?t give me the free pizza. I was planning on ordering more than just thefree one. We order from this store quite a bit and was quite disappointed. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she wasthe manager. She sounded like she was a teenager. So I didn?t order from them. Ordered elsewhere. Wasn?t going to take thechance that someone would spit on my pizza. Read more
Just hate the new automated order system they sent my pizza order to another state, but St.Charles Il location is awesome!
So, I picked the a 14" pizza last night the the pizza felt light, so I opened the box the pizza was deformed, I grabbed my... tape measure and the pizza was between of 12" on one side and 13" on others, it was very thick on one side and very thin on theother one, no mentioned that the pizza was cut only on 6 pieces, so I called the store, the supposedly manager on dutyanswered, and about my complain he said that he knew exactly what pizza he was talking about, that he had made it and it wasmade properly and repeated that continuously, so I told him that he needed to do a better job next time, because my pizza wasn'tmade on the right way and he just hung up the phone on me. I called again and he answered, I asked him why he hung up on me andhe said that because I was rude, so he made me angry and if I started being rude. I will never go back to that store. I knowseveral friends and family who frequently go to that store, so I will share my experience with them so that way they don't gothere anymore. Read more
Pizza was ready when they said. Hot when I got it home. Good price.
Reliable service, follow up and ensured that my curbside order gets picked up on the right time. I was few minutes late but... person on the call ( unfortunately don?t have a name) made sure that I can get my order without fail. Awesome experience. Read more
Food is wonderful, love dominos but this franchise owner doesn?t do any of the National coupons, the ones they do have uncharge... you on toppings anyways even when it says how ever many toppings. They also don?t offer new things like bread twists or the dipsaccording to the app. Overall would rather just drive to a different location, it just is very upsetting to see the same ordercost less with more food at a different location. Ordered using the mobile app and it couldn?t be any easier! It estimated the time my pizza was ready down to the second. I... notified the crew I arrived using the app and the handed me my pizza as soon as I stepped through the door. Was very satisfiedand will definitely be ordering again from this store soon. 2hrs to get a cold pizza. Staff was rude and hung up when questions got asked on a follow up call. Will not be ordering ... dominos again. This store is horrible and the delivery insurance is a joke Read more
