I ordered the full slab, and a combo with the burnt ends, pulled pork, and brisket. My sides were sweet potato fries, fried... pickles, and Mac and cheese. I also got a beer and a bacon chocolate chip cookie. I spent just under $75. It was my first timevisiting and it was just okay. I would go back but I would only get a simple pulled pork sandwich or the brisket. The Mac andcheese was trash and the cookie that I had was crumbly & terrible. The customer service was basic. A I?m young & don?t want tobe here vibe. The floor to the bathroom was extremely slippery. I glided strait to the stall. I didn?t get award winning butagain, I?d go back for a sandwich and fries. This place is a joke. If you know and enjoy real BBQ this is not the place for you! If you've only had chain restaurant type BBQ... then you might like it. Let me start with the staff, the guy at the register has no clue about the the product they serve. I satat the messy unorganized bar, so I got to witness him give people misinformation. He told one guy that they smoke the ribs for14+hrs that's why they taste so good!! I'm laughing in my head, while a female employee from the back came out and corrected himsaying only 5hrs. Lets get to my order.. I got the pick three platter, burnt ends, double brisket, and Mac. I also ordered the"jumbo wings" and a kids nugget meal. My plate came out with two meats, one pulled beef product and the wings. The guy at thecounter said my order was right... He couldn't tell me if the pile of beef on my plate was brisket or burn ends, laughing Iexplained that I was still missing the other beef product. He brought out a woman from the back to look. She said she'd be backwith my burnt ends.... 10min later I got a small pile of burnt fat. Every single cube was fat but one! It was disgusting! Thebrisket was trash, way over cooked. Fell apart. That must be why they don't sell it sliced. That or maybe it's not brisket atall, and it a chuck roast..... It felt like a mushy smokey fatty roast in my mouth. The wings are small but ok flavor. The kidsnuggets are deep fried frozen nuggets from Walmart. Hard as a rock, not appetizing... Needless to say we will not be back tothis run of the mill, suburban, bad representation of BBQ. First time greeting this lovely place out of curiosity. I must say, everything is perfect. The smoked chicken wings is packed... with great flavor. The smoked brisket is mouthwatering and The Rib Tips.. It's hard to believe with the level of meat and saucejust goes together. I will definitely have to visit again. Love the environment. Love the customer service. And if I could, Ilike to kiss the barbecuers in the back for their astonishing work. Amazing place. Highly Recommended. Read more

Firewater BBQ is delicious! If you?re looking for a filling meal, especially if you?re infatuated with BBQ, this place will... literally roll you out the door. The portion sizes are fairly large, I couldn?t even finish my burger! However, for those whoaren?t so into BBQ sauce, you?ll find the food to be sort of dry. This place should add a new sauce or some common wet elementto their food. Overall, very fantastic restaurant. Read more

0 out of 5 star Brisket sandwich was covered in fat. Took 10 minutes to receive food, but 30 minutes to receive bbq sauce.... Fountain drink machine was turned off, no lemons for water, no sweet tea. Staff was unable to explain what kc cheesy corn was,so i gave it a try. Needless to say, its been sitting for a while... Outdoor patio was trashed. Left with major stomach pains, thanks firewater. Cook and food prep worker are hustling to work hard, but register girl dropped the ball on this wholeexperience. Ruined Father's day lunch. Read more

Great BBQ w great vibes. Firewater is right in the heart of downtown Geneva. Step in off of the Main Street and meet the smell... of smoked meats ready to be devoured. I opted for the platter combo. It came out to around $17 which was a little pricey forme, but definitely fit the bill for downtown geneva eateries. I received the brisket and pulled pork. Both were fall aparttender and delicious by themselves, but I chose to douse them in the their sweet Chicago BBQ sauce (one of five optionsavailable) and it was delicious. Stop in for lunch or dinner and enjoy a fantastic time listening to some old country songs andeating some great food. Read more

Ribs were great. Big portions. The main cook was really friendly and up beat. You would think he?s the owner. That?s very rare... to find nowadays. Nice and clean atmosphere. Loved the spicy sauce. Gonna make this a weekly thing hopefully. Read more
