This Jimmy John's appears to never be open. On multiple occasions I have placed delivery orders only to receive a call informing... me that they no longer have a delivery driver or that the driver has left for the day. I have ordered when the store is supposedto be open for an additional 2 hours, not like 30min before closing. This franchise has lost my business permanently. Read more
This specific location is kind of a disaster. They close at 5?so I guess jimmy johns is only a lunch spot now. They no longer... deliver to my address which is odd because for as long as I can remember there was no issue. The cherry on top was placing aDoorDash order and the jimmy John?s store calls me after 20 minutes and tells me that I have to call DoorDash to cancel becausethey don?t have a driver for me. This store is full of rude employees, they delivered to my address on Tuesday, I tried to ordered again from the website on... Thursday and they canceled without calling me. When I called an hour later the person was rude and claimed I didn?t order fromthem on Tuesday. I asked for a manager and the child that came on was worse. What ever happened to "freaky fast"? Ordered 11:42 AM. Called Store at 12:43 PM and was told it left the store 15 minutes ago.... That means from the time I ordered it to the time it was made was roughly 45 minutes. I could have drove there and back fasterthan this. After opening the sandwich, the bread was soggy, the mayo and mustard had completely soaked into the bread. Whichmeans it has been sitting for some time. Read more
Kudos to the two guys working on 3/24/22. I didn?t realize this location closed at 6pm and placed an order at around 5:40pm. I... was running late and got a call from the store asking if I was still coming. I rushed over and the two young guys had alreadyclosed the store down but had waited for me to get my food. I had 2 hungry kids in the car and we would?ve been totally out ofluck and late for my daughter?s school function if they had just decided to shut the store down on time. Please know I am veryappreciative, especially having worked in the food industry myself? nothing worse than last minute customers like me! Pleasegive these dudes some praise and a raise asap. I ordered a sandwich at night a couple months ago and I had to wait 20 minutes in order to get it. When I finally got it the... bread was soggy and the lettuce was stale. I called the store to complain and ask for a refund and they refused. I went in thenext day with the bad sandwich and my receipt to talk to the manager and she still refused to give me a refund. She said thatall complaints go through her and that she doesn't care about them at all. She needs to be fired. This was the most toxicservice I've ever seen in my life. You guys used to be way better years ago. The behavior of that manager is just appalling. Ireally hope that the ownership actually does something about her behavior towards the customers, so that this doesn't happen toanyone else. I am never coming back to this sandwich place again. Can I give zero stars? Every time we place a delivery order on Door Dash they call me and cancel. This place sucks!
