Convenient stop because my job is 5 minutes away from this McDonald?s. I?ve had two issues here and they?re both about messing... up my order. I?ve ordered a McGriddle (just the sandwhich) and for some reason the pancakes were the only thing given? nosausage no cheese? That?s one. Two, I placed a mobile order for a double cheese burger & 6pc nuggets. I got the nuggets andfries I didn?t order but no double cheese burger? And the only reason I?m bothered by this is because I go during lunch hours!Therefore I only have 30 minutes to eat. 5 minutes there, 5 minutes back leaving me with 10 minutes left to eat. I don?t havetime to go back and have them correct my order? how do you mess up a mobile order! It?s preordered. Read more
Never had a problem with this McDonald's. Excellent staff. Very considerate. Even when there's human error and an order is wrong... they apologize sincerely and fix it right away. Great service even in an extremely busy environment. Good job guys. Read more
Says that close at midnight. Got in line at 11pm... Two people ahead of me got their orders taken. And when it's my turn it goes... completely silent for 10 minutes! So I pull up to the window and she saw me and ran into the kitchen where she couldn't be seen.Update your hours of business if you aren't going to be working the hours that are displayed on the door and on Google... Been coming to this McDonald's for sometime now. Over the last few months the a lot of orders missing food. And the hash browns... have been way under cooked to the point where it stuck to the papper and just a pile of oil. So once again got home missing twosandwiches, all 5 of the hash browns went to the garbage. Read more
I went to place an order and was ignored for 10 minutes until they closed. I understand not wanting to work those last 10... minutes but I saw 2 other people ahead of me get their orders taken. If I wast the only one trying to place an order thiswouldn?t be an issue but the selective nature is highly unprofessional. Then again. This is a McDonald?s after all. Read more
I had ordered some food on July 4th and McDonald's once again messed up my order. I paid for a double Fillet O fish and only got... 1 Fillet as shown in picture. So I paid for more than I received. Not only did I receive something I didn't pay for when I atemy hot mcchicken there was a bone in it and could have choked me. It was not a pleasant 4th of July experience. Read more
Went Dec. 16th 2020 at 8:30pm and two women were working the entire drive. I want to thank them immensely for taking their time... and making hot fresh fries. It means the world to get fresh fries at dinner so late. Thank you! Those two need a raise and somerecognition! Read more
Charged me for sauce packets that I didn't get! 7 sauce packets on the receipt and NONE in the bag for 20 nuggets? My only wish... is I could leave a 0 star. I pray you have the day/night/week you deserve. Read more
