Wife and I got the fish tacos and the ginger tea. The tea was very refreshing, chips were thicker than the ones I get in Texas.... Was not spectacular but was not bad either. Read more

The most watered down margarita I have ever had. Definitely cutting some corners here. And for $13 for basically a fruit... smoothie(not even real fruit, just a mix), not worth it. Food was absolutely awful. First they got my order wrong after Irepeated it multiple times, and then I got my food after my party was all done eating and it was like the microwaved frozenenchiladas - wet and still barely even room temp. Staff was disconnected and not friendly or welcoming. They all seemed toprefer congregating at the bar to chat. Two years ago when I went, food was good, margaritas were legit, prices were reasonableand staff was engaging and friendly. We won't be going back. Read more
Food was not bad but was nothing above average. More importantly I did not get much of a warm fuzzy from the staff. I expected... more as the dining room was festive. With prices high everywhere right now there are certainly better Mexican restaurants withinwalking distance that have a proven track record of high quality and better experience. Read more
Sergio's has been one of my favorite spots in Geneva for 10+ years! If your looking to go my advice is the pineapple bacon/guac... appetizer it's delicious. Dish pictured which I've had many times is the shrimp avacado tostada's. Their margaritas areexcellent as well, including the bull dog with the upside down baby coronarita. If checking them out for the first time gotowards the evening and check out 1910 it's an added bar from the same owners above the restaurant. Atmosphere is excellent coolplace to get a few drinks. Not super impressed with this place. 2 of our drinks seemed watered down? The Bulldog margarita and the ciaparinha seemed... slightly watered down? The carnitas tacos we ordered also were a little soggy. I've had better. Staff was nice and the patiowas great. Will give them another try someday. Read more
