My husband and I visit Stockholms fairly regularly, and always have an enjoyable experience. The food is delicious (my... favorites on their menu include the French onion soup, chicken sorrentino, and Gorgonzola gnocchi). They also have new specialseach month. The cocktails are also great, especially the lavender martini. I?m not a beer drinker, so I can?t comment on their selection but my husband loved everything he?s tried. They?re often busy so you can expect to wait before getting seated,but it?s worth it and the service is excellent. I?m always too full for dessert, but I keep meaning to try the sticky toffeepudding. We are done trying. Let me start off by saying that the food is always amazing. Many times we have been in here and many times... treated poorly. I can't put it all on the wait staff because it is not staffed well. Our final experience was today. Never gotthe cream for my wife's coffee. The waitress who walked around yawning and playing with here hair refreshed my coffee and not mywife's. When after waiting sometime she asked another waitress, but the owner came over and refreshed it. Mind you I handdrank all mine and never asked if I wanted more. The bill came and she charged me twice. Once for our table and once foranother table. She assured me that she voided the debit card transaction and gave me a receipt. The customer service here is incredible. Any question raised was answered. When speaking to the staff, they were extremely... polite and greeted us with a smile. Carla was extraordinary polite and helpful. Highly recommend the cod and chips, Demius madethe best tartar sauce I've ever had. Overwhelming positive experience every time we enter this establishment. The facility isvery clean and the management clearly does a fantastic job. The prices are consistent with the local competitors, but theservice is far superior. As a local resident and guide, I cannot say enough great things about this establishment. We were immediately greeted by the owner and invited to try their home brewed beer (or anything else behind the bar)! What a way... to start the experience. The IPA was very good and will get it again next time I visit. The highlight of this localestablishment though is the food! My wife and I shared the Papas Italiano, a glorious dish including homemade potato chips,garlic sauce, cheese and bacon. It was so creamy and delicious. That wasn't even the best dish we ate... Where do I even begin? Everything was absolutely perfect. Service was top notch, fast, friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was... absolutely perfect, small and quaint, but unique and comfortable. But we came for the food and wow, it was over the top! Themenu is really unbelievable and it was difficult making a decision. I had the Seared Ahi appetizer and it was outstanding. TheStockholm's Dip exceeded expectations in every respect. It was a meal by itself, perfectly cooked and seasoned. It wasexceptional! Served with the best french fries I've ever had. I had a cup of French Onion Soup to go along with it and, well,trust me, just get it. My friend had a few ribs leftover and I couldn't resist trying them. I wanted to go back in time to ordera rack. They KNOW how to do ribs! Read the reviews, it's all true. The craft beer selection is amazing and we tried several,all were awesome. I do have one complaint though. An absolute gem. If you're gluten free, feel confident here. I went with a group of 6, and I'm the only gluten free one. We all... LOVED our meals. My friends shared each others (non gluten free) food and said everything was fantastic. Drinks are great, butthe food is just beyond good. Read more
