These are pictures of the Colorful Drive I see on the side streets to enjoy my tacos from Taco Bell.
Prices are higher than surrounding T Bells, but they only had three people working when we were there. They took 18 minutes to... make our order which we placed 5 minutes in advance so it would be ready. The average drive-thru wait time while we were therewas around 8 minutes, with one car waiting 10 minutes while we were waiting for our food. There was also a lot of inconsistencyin the food - one of the people making food didn't look like they had much experience while the manager was "fiercely" trying tomake food. They closed the dining room after we came in, which was awkward because there were several people trying to come inand get food (including pickup orders) and the doors were locked with no signs on the door explaining the lobby was closed.People just left and a GrubHub driver had to wait in the drive thru, which obviously completely wasted their time. Food is very good and staff were extremely friendly. Only problem is that my plumbing is glowing for some reason...
Came here at 21:20 on a Monday, the Hispanic guy who?s in the drive through window is always so rude and I?ve noticed that he is... also rude to Hispanics in general, I don?t know if it?s self hate or if he genuinely thinks he?s better than all the otherHispanics but he?s very rude and condescending all the time, today I asked for 1 burrito and he said they were out of tortillasthen I heard the guy behind me ask for burritos and magically they had tortillas for him. I didn?t say anything because I didn?twant to fight over something meaningless and over something that I am paying for. I?m just gonna say about the Mexican pizza that this just came out with. It should be illegal to call Mexican pizza it?s not... even a pizza. It?s an insult for Mexican culture it?s not a pizza is garbage. Is a Crispy tortilla not a pizza, it?s like mesaying American burger but instead of the bread put the tortilla. Read more
Order extra cheese, get less than normal. Order fire sauce for 4 tacos and get 2 packets. Really? I don?t know why tacos have to... be this difficult. On top of preparing them wrong I?m 13.00 in for tacos lol. Read more
Sad :( just paid 18$ for 2 crunchwraps, a white hot ranch burrito and 2 chips and cheese. I asked for NO MEAT and to sub for... POTATOES but both crunchwraps contained beef! Really sad to have spent that much money on fast food that my boyfriend and Ican?t eat. Read more
Worst. Service. Ever! Waited in drive through over 15 minutes. Didn't receive part of my order and when I went in to get the... missing items, the crew members were arguing with me about them! Also, after getting home noticed that they got another part ofthe order completely wrong. Read more
