I went to Burger Joint with my friends and we really enjoyed the place! The Burger Joint is an amazing spot! The whole place is... organized, clean, decent, and huge. They really maintained the place beautiful and bright. Their counter is wide and nice. Youcan clearly see their selection and the whole menu. They can manage to keep the lines straight and move fast. Everyone here isdoing their job properly and treats their customers so well. Wonderful customer service! This place is definitely highlyrecommended! Their burgers here are really good, meaty, tasty, fresh, and very delicious. We ordered their burgers and fries.Everything here is really great and perfectly made. They also have other types of sandwiches and cool beverages. Very affordableand reasonable prices of food. You can buy anything you want here without breaking your pockets. All of the food is really worththe price! Their menu can really solve and satisfy your cravings. Sensational! The Burger Joint is definitely a gem in this areaof Geneva. We are pleasantly surprised by how great this place is and its menu as well. Plus, they also have ice cream here,which is really fun, has lots of flavors, and is perfect for all ages. All of the food is quality and outstanding. Willdefinitely go back here again soon! Also, I will continue to recommend and introduce this spot to all the people I know. First time visitor. Three-in-One Such a large selection. Fantastic ice cream and dairy treats from Oberweiss. Excellent grill... (burgers, chicken, etc) options. Very tasty sounding selections from "That Burger Joint" Robust pizza offerings atWoodgrain. Brought the family in. One had ice cream h Delicious. Two had burgers (great portion size and nicely grilled). One had delicious hand tossed/rolled meat-lovers pizza Price was reasonable. Wait time was reasonable given the number withinthe restaurants. Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean and family friendly. The kids enjoyed their basic single burgers and the... fries were delicious. That said, beware that the specialty burgers are not what you'd expect. While I don't expect the food tolook like the staged photos, the disconnect here was startling. Served on a very tasty bun, the beef was cooked past well doneand the toppings were applied with Burger King level care (this is not a compliment.). Any amount of care applied here wouldmake this a 4-5 star rating. I think we can give it another go, but we will stick with most basic burger next time to see ifthey can hit a bullseye on the basics. This review pains me to write. I loved this place. I became a ?regular,? as it were. I?m disgusted about my experience. Like my... girlfriend Molly mentioned below, she found hair in her Beyond Patty Melt. See the photos. She literally bit into it only tohave the hair in her mouth while chewing it. FYI, I have shorter brown hair while she has long blonde hair. There?s NO WAY itcould have been either of us so don?t even think about accusing us of misleading. Anyways, so, random Google User, when you?relooking for a place to eat, do NOT eat here unless you want the employees? hair in your ice cream, pizza, or food. Again itpains me to write this review as we absolutely adored this place because we finally found a vegetarian spot for Molly, only tohave been grossed out. We will never return. Honestly management should be ashamed. Maybe there should be a health inspectionat this location. I went to the burger joint and there was an issue in the kitchen and my order came out with a mistake. Brendan went above and... beyond to ensure that it was corrected. The Beyond patty melt was quite good, it had plenty of melty cheese and the rye toastwas still crispy. Read more
Great ice cream, good burgers and pizza in one restaurant. I liked the idea. Food was good, service friendly. Very nice seating... inside [although closed for now] and outside. There is a huge kids play zone outside that is a nice feature! Overall, we likedthe concept and we'll be back! Read more
