The scoop of mint chip ice cream that I ordered was three different colors because it was so freezer burnt. Pretty disgusting
I would have given zero stars if it was an option for this experience. I came in stood at the deli for 5 minutes as the 3 people... there did other things and couldn?t even greet me or say we will be right with you. So after a fourth person took my order Iproceeded to stand at the register with my items and was waiting on another sandwich and was ready to check out. The rude olderlady that was at the register proceeded to again ignore me and went to the person behind me who was checking lottery tickets. Isaid nothing and waited patiently and the cashier then began bad mouthing me and saying how she was now going to take longerbecause I had an attitude and people need to be respectful while she was the only one being disrespectful. I said excuse me whoare you talking about I am waiting here patiently she then began talking more disrespectful and at that point I refused to givemy business and walked out. I and my work order lots of food from here at least once and week and I will now consider otheroptions for my lunch as I will not be disrespected or feel like other customers because they are regulars are more importantthen my business. This woman I feel should not be working with anyone in a public setting and maybe should recognize that it isthe customers who come in there who keep her employed so good luck to you all. Read more
Went in for ice cream. No sign up what so ever saying they weren't serving ice cream tonight. The lady there working yelled at... me and told me it's customers like me that make her not wanna work there. Really bad customer service. I will not be returningto this store at all. I fuel at this location every day on my way back to the terminal The employees are pretty respectful and the store is clean They... have an assistant manager named Sarah OMG...beautiful!!! Really wish they enforced the masks more. I would go all the time if they did. Cashiers always on their phones. I live 5 mins... away and would go everyday but will not go in until they make customers wear a mask! Read more
The employee was rude when I asked her to pull up her mask when I came to the counter. After 6 in the evening it becomes a... hangout for kids not wearing masks or social distancing. Feel unsafe at that point. O, clean the place, you just spent a lot ofmoney to build a new store. Read more
