Beautiful castle only bad part was dinner. Worst steak I've ever had. Overcooked with zero seasoning, not even salt and pepper.... Salmon overcooked and tasteless. Have made better at home. I really wanted to like Edgar's. Unfortunately, it fell really short. We had reservations and were seated on time. However, we... sat at the table for 20 minutes (not exaggerated) before any of the wait staff even acknowledged us. I got the Curry Vegetabledish--there was zero flavor and the vegetables were all squashes. When I expressed to the waiter that I could not taste thecurry, the chef sent out a plastic cup of curry paste that I had to rigorously mix into the dish myself...at a fine dinningrestaurant (yikes) . The crotons in the salads were store bought, the cheesecake was store bought, and service was beyondslow. Between courses, the dirty plates sat in front of us for no less than 20-30 minutes.
