Worst Taco Bell in the country. The portion sizes are ridiculously small especially contents of burritos - less than half the... size of other outlets such as Canandaigua. The place also looks dirty. They need new management desperately, it didn?t used tobe as bad as it is now. Avoid. Read more

This place is still a mess for the last 3 years, I was hoping this was just a bad spot with bad workers and now it is obvious it... is management due to how long this has been happening... I have waited infront of this place for a simple box from taco bell andits not even busy nobody in the back of me still have to wait out front for almost 10 mins on a taco bell value box??? I haveworked in management and this is obviously there fault because of letting bad workers or Shift manager able to let a place runlike this for so long is a GM issue absolutely terrible and needs a looking into. Me and my girl really don?t eat Taco Bell so we decided we give it a try, when we went through the drive through nobody was in... line at all and the person taking order was rushing us repeatedly asking us if we were ready after we said to hold on, then weget to the window they all have attitudes because we couldn?t pick our order fast enough, long story short we didn?t eat theTaco Bell but a friend of ours the day prior to eating it said his beef was hard inside the tacos and watch out for the overweight hippo who works there and the least taking orders they arnt respectful Read more

(This review is for KFC/TACO BELL in Geneva) There's a reason why the overall rating is a 2.7 at this location. It's not the... company's food, it's the mindset of the people and the lack of management [that's being allowed] at this location. Last time Icame here they didn't even have enough chicken made to create my family pack, there were no biscuits made and I was told if Ireally wanted them it would be 20min... when I said "Yes, I really do", the worker turned to the manager and said "Are we evenmaking anymore biscuits today or no?" I looked at my watch to make sure I wasn't "a pesty customer who orders too close toclosing" (as if that's a thing) but I noticed... NOPE! it's only 6:45pm "DINNER HOURS". The Manager roled their eyes and yelledto the front so begrudgingly "Yeah, fine but it's gonna be 20min!!" To which I replied, "ok, I'll wait" and asked the counterhelp to please get more chicken if they could in the meantime to complete my order.... left, when I went back, they ended upmixing and matching stuff together to build my order for which I was greatful but I said to myself "that's really sad, probablywon't be back for a while" FAST-FORWARD to today... I'm feeling hungry for a Chicken sandwich, maybe some chicken strips...("let's give 'em another shot" I thought), was going to call the family to see who wanted what, I pull in and there's a Male anda Female right outside the back door (which was wide open) right in front of the drive through speaker smoking a blunt (Femalestill had her headset on) Wow! Puffing a spliffy, smoking tree's on the job!, and we wonder why customer service sucks and workis not getting done! Ordered 3 cheesy rollups I got two with jalapeño sauce, was told to pull around no one came out, had to ask twice if it was... almost done while they waited on other customers, no apology just the kid is new, never got a receipt pretty sure wasovercharged! Never have experienced the lack of respect for customers as we were shown. Drive thru girl definitely hates her job and everyone... she encounters. No explanations as to why we were given small clear plastic cups for drinks. Asked for simple things and we'reattacked by the staff ! Wasn't much at all a few extra sauces. That's it! Even walked in to get more since that was not going tobe enough for 4 kids sharing meals. Was attacked by the front counter staff and the drive thru girl. Snarky comments, eye rollsand sassy attitudes were made as I was walking out the door. Couldn't believe getting verbally attacked over asking for sauces.This Geneva location has needed NEW STAFF for a long time. No remodel can help poor attitudes. Food was just ok. Never again in my life would I come here EVER again! When we came threw the kid at the speaker taking the order was rude! And he... had spit in my drink and messed up my order on clearly on purspose considering the guys attitude problems. Haven?t came backsense. Read more

This location is always an adventure because no matter when we visit and no matter who is working, it's the same... experience. Every employee acts as if customers are an inconvenience, there are always people wandering around behind thecounter who clearly aren't working there, the tables are always dirty, the garbage needs to be changed, and there's usually atleast one bizarre thing each visit (Today's treat was one employee using a massage gun on another employee in the diningroom). This location desperately needs a culture change, because what's going on now isn't working. We've tried to overlook thenonsense, but we're done and will eat elsewhere and suggest you do too.
