Ordered from the Geneva, OH location - it was absolutely awful. 4# of wings, 1.5 subs and a whole small pizza EIGHTY DOLLARS... WORTH OF FOOD going in the trash. All of it's was disgusting and I feel for the owner bc the food used to be great and fairlypriced. We won't be ordering again. Read more
We don?t live in town and was passing through Geneva and decided to order pizza. Any other time we have ate here it?s been good.... (At least the Ashtabula one was) Ordered 3 small pizzas, one of them being a meat pizza. Waited 35 min to pick up and when I gotthere was told they accidentally made a deluxe. Asked if I wanted that or to wait another 30 min for the meat. I did not want todo either. Very disappointed! I get it mistakes happen but so frustrating! Read more
The first order was good, this time I ordered ribs, they were cold... My granddaughters spaghetti dropped all over the bag and... other containers. First time ordering through Luigi's, pizza and wings took about 40 minutes. Got it home and each slice has 1 piece of pepperoni... with 1 piece of sausage stacked on it. Paid $2 per topping for barely any topping and as soon as you pick up the pizza thesausage falls off of it because of the way they stacked it instead of putting it on the cheese! Sauce, dough, cheese and wingswere all good though, but won't be back because of the toppings. They make a pizza! Read more
