My family visits Geneva every other year from Columbus and we eat here every time. The food is excellent and the service is... great. I can taste the spices and the skill put into the food. There are so many Mexican restaurants in Columbus but none ofthem are as good as this. I love that the margaritas are not made with the electric green sugary mix. Read more
They best part was the chips (thick) and salsa (fresh and chunky). Veggie fajitas aren?t listed?but they were good (onion heavy)... The chicken mole was a special. It could have used more sauce and less cocoa for my liking. The beans and rice were standard. Irecommend the grape margarita. They have a lovely outdoor seating space. We had a great experience here! Food was absolutely delicious - my husband said it was some of the best Mexican he?s ever had,... and mine was great too. Staff was friendly and helpful - even though they were short staffed the night we were there, they stillgot us everything we needed super quickly, and gave great service. This was a quaint little Mexican Restaurant. The decor was very cute, restaurant was clean and rather crowded. The chips and... salsa was really good but I wasnt impressed with the Margaritas, they were missing the citrus type flavor. We shared the Steakand Chicken Fajitas and while my husband said the steak was good the chicken was dry. We both did get our own sides of lettuce,tomato, refried beans and sour cream so that was a plus. We will be back, but probably wont order the fajitas. Read more
The inside and outside is adorable. The staff was great especially Lynn. She was fantastic! I had the chicken fajita salad. The... chicken was seasoned and cooked to perfection! The sangria was the best I've had. The flan and fried ice cream were greatchoices for dessert! Read more
Today November 8, 2022 was a great day to eat at Luisa's Mexican Grill along with being my 1st time. I can't wait to say it's... my 25th time ( or more). I did take-out which now I wished I did eat-in to get the atmosphere of this adorable place. Veryclean, staff are polite, informative and I liked watching my food being prepared! I met the owner which to me was a big dealhaving the owner available if needed. Did I mention she was " down to earth," showed me around, spoke of " her pride in thissmall ( but actually large with upstairs dining), spoke genuinely about her staff which to me is why she still has them! Nowthat I've ate my meal... I will 100% return for more inticements. Being a retired prison employee and chef, this restaurant isthe place to go! Kudos to everyone at Luisa's Mexican Grill. Read more
